Mouser is a minor antagonist in the Super Mario 64 rom hack, Super Mario Bros. Super Show 64.
He is a member of the Koopa Pack who aided King Koopa in his goal to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom by invading and capturing the Wild West to be the ruler and sheriff. As a racer, he would be an opponent for Mario to challenge him for a race to see who will be the one to have the Power Star.
Biography[]
Mouser is an enforcer of the Koopa Pack who participated in helping King Koopa with his plans of defeating Mario and conquering the Mushroom Kingdom. In doing so, King Koopa decides to fullfill his goal by leading the Koopa Pack in invading the worlds to be put under his control with Mouser invading and capturing the Wild West. After capturing the Wild West, Mouser has been appointed as ruler and sheriff of the Wild West where he establishes a mining operation for gold. At one point, he would keep two of the Power Stars as he manages to capture and puts one in a cell while keeping the other for himself for protection.
As Mario travels through the Wild West in search for any Power Stars to liberate the Wild West, Mouser spots him and arranges a deal with him. He proposes a race to reach to the top of the hill and declares that the winner will earn the Power Star which Mario accepts the deal. As the two race to the top, Mario manages to beat him by reaching the flag that was near the mine, much to Mouser's shock. Frustrated ofmlosing to Mario, Mouser reluctantly gives Mario the Power Star while hoping that King Koopa would not be infuriated in his failure in guarding the Power Star.
With Mario collecting the rest of the Power Stars in the Wild West, this is implied that Mouser's rule came to an end and is presumably punished for his neglience and failure afterwards.
