Mr. Dumplin Popo is a major supporting character in Dragon Ball Z Abridged. He also serves as the main protagonist of Team Four Star's playthrough of Dragon Ball Xenoverse as well as the deuteragonist of their playthrough of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. In Xenoverse, he is voiced in-game by Takahata101, who also voices Cell, Super Kami Guru, and Nappa in Abridged, while player commentary for Xenoverse as well as Abridged has him voiced by Lanipator who also voices Vegeta and Raditz in Abridged.
Biography[]
Dragon Ball Xenoverse[]
Some time ago, when the timelines were in danger, Dumplin was summoned by Future Trunks to aid them in restoring the past to how it was. Dumplin does so, but at the same time, he befriends certain villains and even gets into a relationship with Towa, who was responsible for some of the damage. While assisting, he sends some enemies to the Fuck Box. Eventually, after defeating Demigra, Dumplin and Towa have a daughter named Puddin, who would go on to continue being a hero in Dumplin's place.
Later on, Dumplin would go on to use the powers he gained to create his own timeline where he took up the identity of Mr. Popo in that timeline.
Dragon Ball Z Abridged[]
With a world now of his own, Mr. Popo became an attendant for Kami, but made sure people knew that he was above even the Earth's god. When he is asked to train the Z Fighters for their fight against the saiyans, he is quick to let them know the pecking order, even punching Krillin off the lookout when the little guy begins to speak up.

After Piccolo is killed in the fight, resulting in Kami dying too, Popo lets the heroes know of a ship that can take them to Namek, while also letting them know he has no desire to go and help them. He assure them they will be okay, except Krillin who he states will die during the trip.
While the group is on Namek to bring back their allies, Popo works on growing pot. He make it clear he has no intent on getting rid of it after Kami is revived, which Kami is content with due to it being good for his leukemia. Once the dragon balls are gathered, Popo summons Shenron who asks if it's time to lay waste to the world. Popo opts not to as he wants to see if humanity can clean it up, then asks Shenron to revive everybody killed by Freeza and his men.
After that, Popo kicks Kami out of the lookout to have a bootycall with Jynx. Kami states that the last time Popo did this, Kami came back to find five bodies and that Popo laughed when he said five. At the same time, Popo gets a visit from Garlic Jr. who trashes the place. When the immortal imp attempts to speak out against him, Popo consumes him and banishes him to the fuck box.
Eventually, Piccolo arrives on the lookout to absorb Kami in an effort to become stronger than the androids. Popo is doped out on LSD during that time, getting over it once the deed is done.
With Kami gone though, Popo begins to feel lonely as Goku, Gohan, Vegeta and Trunks arrive to use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. However, he begins to perk up when Goku brings Dende to become the new guardian of Earth, namely due to Dende's boldness in speaking out against him over being called Little Green.
From there, Popo and Dende become close as the monitor the fight with Cell (even doing drugs together). After Cell is defeated and the heroes use the dragon balls to revive everybody killed by the android, Popo lets Dende be the one to explain to them that they still can't revive somebody who has already died before. He even lets Krillin know that he has control over the rules of the dragon ball to shut him up over his complaint about Shenron being unable to make Androids 17 and 18 human again.

- Mr. Popo is one of two characters in Dragon Ball Z Abridged to be villainous while being benevolent in official canon. the second character being Super Kami Guru.
- It is made clear throughout the series that everybody fears Popo except for Kami and Dende. Anybody else who isn't afraid soon becomes so when he shows his power.
