Eugene Harold Krabs, more commonly known as Mr. Krabs, is the main antagonist of the Webtoon comic, The Secret Formula.
He is the owner of the fast-food restaurant known as the Krusty Krab. Unlike his original counterpart, this version of Krabs tortured his fry cook, SpongeBob, so he could use his flesh for Krabby Patties. He is the archenemy of Plankton.
Biography[]
At the start of the comic, Plankton finally sees the Krabby Patty formula, only to find out that Mr. Krabs has been putting people into the Krabby Patties. Plankton is then confronted by Mr. Krabs, who has taken on a much more monstrous form. Plankton manages to escape narrowly and goes to find SpongeBob, however, when he gets to SpongeBob's home, he finds SpongeBob missing and Gary dead. He cries out in grief and wants to know why this is happening.
Later on, Plankton finds SpongeBob, but he finds him mutilated beyond repair. SpongeBob then begs for Plankton to kill him to put him out of his misery, and Plankton reluctantly does so before weeping. Mr. Krabs then taunts Plankton and tells him that he didn't kill SpongeBob (Even though it was Krabs who caused it due to what he did) and then leaves Plankton to die in a room he could not escape.
After Karen rescued Plankton, Plankton had to get his arms and legs replaced with robotics due to the toxin that came from SpongeBob's dead body. Plankton decided to make a final stand against Krabs using his robot.
After yet another day of counting his money, Mr. Krabs is seen leaving his office, but Plankton grabs him from behind, tosses him onto his desk, rips his arms off, and then throws Krabs out of his office. Mr. Krabs begins to taunt Plankton, calling him a nobody and then he won due to how long he got away with it, only for Plankton to not care for what Krabs had to say. When Krabs realizes this, he begins to panic and then outright insult and mock him, likely to make Plankton give up or let his guard down. Krabs is then stabbed through the chest and his entire upper body is split open, ending his horrible crimes for good.
Despite his death, however, Plankton and Karen are forced to go underground and hide from public as they had committed murder, which is seen on the news. However, Karen has sent every bit of proof she got from Mr. Krabs to the public in order to reveal the truth.
Personality[]
Unlike the original who, despite being greedy, does care about SpongeBob and has done good deeds, this version is not only greedy but also completely heartless, as he brutally mutilates SpongeBob, presumably to use in his secret formula, which further drives home that he would do anything for money.
He is also shown to be a coward once he is in actual danger, as seen by his panicking when Plankton is not affected by his words and is fully ready to kill him. And his final face resembles a scream, so it can be inferred that for all his bluster and all his dialogue before, he is terrified of death.

Trivia[]
- His method of torturing SpongeBob is similar to how his counterpart from The Bikini Bottom Horror tortured a clone of Patrick, though Mr. Krabs also committed animal cruelty as well.
