Mr. Waggy is the main antagonist of the Dailymotion/YouTube-exclusive web-series, The TV Today Time, as well as in its promo trailer, pilot, and film, The First TV Today Time Special: Release Noobs From Jail.
He is a very powerful alien who obtained powers from the stolen orb, and used it to destroy the show. Including Core and his friends.
He was puppeteered by Alan Goyco, but voiced by Mark Hamill. His singing voice is also provided by Chris Young.
Biography[]
The TV Today Time[]
An alien named Mr. Waggy stole an orb from the game-show, and he became a very powerful being, who uses his powers to zap others and gains the power of electricity. But then, Bee, in the disguise of a detective, stops him by defeating him. He first starts by dodging his attacks, but Waggy then he tries zapping him with his powers. So decided to try it again, but it then backfires as Bee flies over him, and dashes through his hole body, thrashing and pushing him to a barrel, and saving his friend Core, and even the orb, in which Core, his friend, finally accepts also.
In the pilot, The Cat in the Hat was one of the servants working for him, until he felt that he was about to defeat Green Scooby, but then got defeated, and laughed, until he probably redeemed off-screen. Bee used his powers to defeat Mr. Waggy and his minion Bubbleman Zain, who then tried to run away, but Bee flew at him and his minion, and pushed and knocked them down into the barrel can, just like he did to Waggy in the trailer.
In the deleted first episode, he first tricks Joss into thinking he found an orange, "oriental" egg. Not knowing it was a trap, and kidnaps him. He then wakes up in his own dungeon, and ends up trying to escape. He then assists his own henchman, Bubbleman Zain, by using a robotic, golden mask-like torture device, to put it under his face, and then, brainwash him offscreen.

Releasing His Noobs Out of Jail[]
At night, Mr. Waggy's Noobs are shown to be tired of living at jail, and Giant Squid says to Dark Pikachu that they are tired of living in jail, he and BARN agree, but then, Mr. Waggy uses his telescope to find his minions, he goes traveling into the window, and spots them outside.
Mr. Waggy then breaks out of the door after somehow banging on the window and sneaking into the prison cell. His minions are excited that he has returned and now he tells them that they will have a new evil scheme. The three escape out of prison, and the alarms are set on as they speak with pride.
Waggy's Latest Scheme[]
In one segment, after his boss was arrested for littering a burger on the road (as in a reference to one of Cole Piersall's videos), Angel arrests him for doing that. Pepita Pearson then gives the news to the viewers on CNN about Waggy's latest scheme.
Mr. Waggy then is seen jumpscaring the viewer in the fourth half's ending.
Talk with Bablaw Teezengs[]
In Part 5, he is also seen using his electric orb to make him the wickedest of all (in a parody of "Mirror, Mirror, on the wall".), it's also revealed he got voice surgery to make his voice sound more accurate and more useful. He also trapped Rhino in the wall, making him stuck. After that, he also tells his boss to give him a dinosaur book, he reads it, and gives it a positive and decent review. Then, he briefly tells him that he got plastic surgery after saying that why he looks so different (and not to mention, voice surgery which is the fact that he got it to sound more accurate in the first place). Core also finds a printed paper about his biography, and crumbles it into a paper ball, and throws it away, calling it a "piece of trash".
"My Revenge" Number[]
Mr. Waggy tells his boss if they can perform a musical number, and so they do. They sing "My Revenge" which is about them singing about their revenge to stop Core, Buddy, and Lizardman from getting into their way.
Attacking The Geekers[]
Mr. Waggy or Bablaw Teezengs are not seen or heard in Part 7, but they are mentioned by the Whale when he tells his story about his old military group who was attacked by Mr. Waggy and his minions.
The Final Battle and Defeat[]
Mr. Waggy waits for Core to arrive after Halloween, he then arrives and tells him that he is welcome to the final battle, but he then tells him a couple of questions about The Land of Make-Believe, but later they fight as the announcer announces the fight. Core beats up Waggy 24/7 times and beats him back. Core beats him up at one point and calls him a bad alien. He also loses his eye, but puts it back into his face, and jumps up very high, plus also summoning one of the audience members (who was also shown in the beginning), who is Bonko the Bat. Bonko tries to beat him up but fails as he falls down. Potatobot 4000 is also summoned but fails after when Bablaw possesses Waggy. The two fly in the sky, and later, Mr. Waggy tells him that the battle is not over yet. And rides on an RV that Bablaw Teezengs stole. But then, Core tries to save his friends after when they refused to help them, then, Core gets the idea to push them down into the hole, which foreshadows their defeat, and presumably dying afterwards.
Appearance[]
Mr. Waggy is an alien with gray fur, two orange antennas with two pink pom-pom balls on top, crooked human teeth (with a dark mouth), two big googly eyes, a yellow Elmo-like nose, a button on his bottom, and a blue jacket with yellow buttons in it.
Personality[]
Mr. Waggy is a very wickedly nefarious and dastardly extraterrestrial creature, he stole the orb only for him to use it to get more power. In which he becomes a powerful being, who will zap anyone who goes near him or confronts him.
