Narde Edna is the titular main antagonist of the Narde Edna Gets Grounded series by PeterFordAnimate, alias Barney&StitchAlienFanatic2000 ArchiveTV.
She is a 10 year old Filipino girl and the youngest child of her own family who, just like Caillou and Dora, is a troublemaker who gets herself grounded for various reasons by her family. She is also seen to worship Kim Jong Un and North Korea, which leads to her committing several felonies and even becoming a socialist to torture her parents, eventually causing her to be kicked out of her family for her actions and sent to the Jeong-Man residence.
She is voiced by Kendra, who also voices other characters such as Stephanie Gavin.

Narde Edna is a young girl with short black hair, a small dress, shorts and shoes, all colored black.
Personality[]
Narde Edna is a mean, disrespectful girl who has an obsession towards North Korea, despite it's bad reputation from it's harsh laws and it's leaders. She also supports Kim Jong Un and wants everyone else to support it as well, to the point of bringing DVDs and hosting illegal parties as a way of supporting North Korea and even becoming a tyrannical socialist. She also doesn't care about violating laws even as a juvenile, as seen when she violates the Republic Act No. 8491 several times by not standing up during the Philippines National Anthem.
Biography[]
Born in 2010, she lives with her Filipino parents and later in her life, especially at 9 years old in early to late 2020, starts getting obsessed with North Korean and it's leaders, the Kim family, much to her family's anger. This leads to Narde Edna committing several felonies across the city, like violating the Philippines Flag and Heraldic Code, also known as Republic Act No. 8491, in several events, such as during the Disney Junior Live. Throughout 2020 to 2021, she wanted everyone to worship North Korea by any means possible, like hosting illegal parties with her gang, selling pirated DVDs featuring her dancing to the Filipino and North Korea anthems as a form of propaganda and bringing North Korean material to her school.
However, in 2021, she decides to become a North Korean socialist and starve her parents, which is by far her worst crime, as it would later result in her being kicked out of her family for it as well as for her past actions, sending her to the Jeong-Man residence as punishment.

- As PeterFortAnimate retired from Vyond in 2022, it is unknown if Narde Edna ever escaped the Jeong-Man residence.
