The Creator of Evil, Lord of the Abyss, The Demon King himself, Nekrozoth is the greater-scope villain of the entire ASAU (Armored Studios Animated Universe). Eons ago, he was a Prime Alpha who grew ambitious and thought all of creation belonged to him, seeking the Omni-Crystal to reshape reality to his very whims. He is the despotic overlord of the Omega Empire and was Xuriah D'arcmaster's former benefactor and ally in arms before ousting him during their short-lived war. He was long thought to be slain during the Great Cosmic War, but his spirit fled and hid so he could slowly rebuild his now shattered empire. Nekrozoth would orchestrate events from behind the scenes, before taking the opportunity to posses Xuriah as his new host body.
- Abusive Parent: Downplayed for Annihilation and Mendax but played straight with Zartath and William Nekronan. To the latters, he is an absolute horrid excuse of a parent, who physically and mentally torments them. He especially treats Zartath with pure utter contempt and sees William as a weakling and failure. However, he praises Mendax and Annihilation and acts more caring to them (in his rather twisted, bizarre way); With Mendax, he plays him as a favorite child and he doesn't hide it, seeing him as a worthy potential to be his successor. Doesn't stop him from using them as nothing more than pawns, especially as backup bodies for him.
- Ambition Is Evil: Even before he invented Evil, he was always ambitious and had desire to rule existence as a god. Arch-Enemy: Becomes to this the Champions and the Prime Alphas as a whole, but Az'naru and Devos are ones he has the most beef with. The latter being his twin brother who represents everything Nekrozoth is not, while Devos is the offspring of the mortal who slain him eons ago, so he wiped out the Sparxians out of spite.
- Ancient Evil: Existed since time memorial, and still kicking up all kinds of evil in the omniverse.
- Big Bad: He takes over as the main baddy for the rest of the animated verse, ousting Xuriah from this role after taking over his body. Before this, he was the Greater-Scope villain trying to gather enough power to return.
- Bad Boss: Makes no bone about killing or torturing his minions for failure, or if they so slightly piss him off. Not even his kids are safe.
- Card-Carrying Villain: He's the literal creator of evil itself, it comes to no surprise he is this.
