Arlon Colvin(also known as New Milhouse) is a major anti-hero in NickToaster's Fun Times at Homer's fan-game series, serving as the major antagonist in Fun Times at Homer's 2, and returning as the Rotdust Milhouse in Fun Times at Homer's 3.

He is robotic counterpart of real Bart Simpson's best friend-Milhouse Van Houten, who was created by Proffesor Frink, & used as an animatronic mascot of new & improved Krusty Burgers. One day before restaurant was opened, he accidentaly killed Arlon-a native son of Nigel Colvin, & Lucy Colvin's younger brother, who secretly sneaked in the place, wanting to be the first to play with new robots. That leading Arlon's lost soul to posses Milhouse, making him evil & trying to attack anyone who enters the place at night.

There's a theory that his and Lucy's long lost brother he tells about to Nedly in FTaH 3 Good Ending final mini-game is actually possess.....Nedlyonette himself, as Arlon assumes that his brother was killed by Bob.
Before FTaH 3, there was a theory that Ghost Abe Grandpie is actually Sideshow Bob's 5th victim, who is then possessed New Milhouse. This theory was debunked, as Ghost Abe is actually a completely different character, and Arlon was killed not by Bob.
Arlon is possibly some kind of FTaH version of Cassidy from original FNaF.
