Shine that flashlight up at the light in the ceiling. (Jeremy proceeds to do so, finding a Faz token.) If you were playing this the first time, you'd get a Faz token from that light after you shined the flashlight on it. Uncle Nightmare already made it so that all the tokens were gotten in the game though, just to make things easier on himself. Jeremy: Thanks. That's actually kinda cool. Nightmare B.B.: Cool. Nightmare B.B. is a minor antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's fanfiction Mike's New Ghostly Family, by Archcommander-Tenebros.

He is one of the five younger Nightmares that would make up the next generation of the clan's bloodline.

Appearance[]

Nightmare B.B. takes form of nightmarish version of Balloon Boy animatronic. His head is much larger than that of an animatronic he modelled himself after, his eyes are blood-red (though still normal, as opposed to other Nightmares' more demonically-looking eyes), his mouth is full of razor-sharp teeth, while his clothes are red-and-purple striped, as opposed to red-and-blue. Instead of stubby hands holding a balloon and a sign, Nightmare B.B. has full-fledged five-fingered clawed hands. Unlike other Nightmares, Nightmare B.B. is pristine and undamaged in appearance.

Personality[]

Compared to other Nightmares, Nightmare B.B. is more human-like in personality due to being one of the younger Nightmares, though it's implied that he hides his true characteristics in Hell. He is mischievous and enjoys scaring and picking on others. When Jeremy entertained him by irritating Plushtrap with beating his game on first try, Nightmare B.B. was so amused that he helped him reveal a secret implemented into his own level as a token of gratitude, though he wasn't pleased when Jeremy has beaten his game on second try.

History[]

Nightmare B.B., along with Plushtrap and the Freddles, is one of the younger Nightmares who would make the next generation of the clan's bloodline. At some point after the time when the Nightmares adopted forms of twisted Fazbear's franchise animatronics, he took form of nightmarish version of Balloon Boy, even though he didn't participate in Michael Afton's torments.

One day, Vucarik made a deal with William Afton to keep Nightmare distracted. Using the diversion attack to distract the Nightmares, Vucarik attacked the younger Nightmares, grievously injured them, stole their essences, bestowed them upon Afton and sent him to Earth. Nightmare B.B. was severely wounded and thrown into the dungeon cell with Freddles. When the Nightmares discovered this, they were outraged and initiated the attack against Vucarik's forces before assisting the Schmidts in stopping Afton while Nightmare Chica stayed with the younger Nightmares, healing them from their injuries.

Eventually, Nightmare B.B. and the other younger Nightmares managed to recover their strength once they've been fed with the essences of demons that died in Mike's mind during his battle with Afton, as well as the remains of their own essences harvested by the murderer. Once Nightmare proposed to force Afton to relive the suffering of the nightguards who perished at Fazbear-related establishments, the lesser Nightmares were instructed with conducting research on all animatronics related to Freddy Fazbear or Circus Baby franchises. Nightmare Freddy decided to entrust the younger Nightmares, Nightmare B.B. included, with this job, as they would possess some insight that the older Nightmares don't have and might want revenge on Afton for his and Vucarik's actions.

Much later, when Nightmare and his kin destroyed all but one Glitchtrap and Nightmare managed to gain complete autonomy over the development of Fazbear Entertainment's VR game, the demon lord included many failsafes to prevent Glitchtrap from reemerging, including an addition of Nightmare animatronics, Nightmare B.B. included. Once Mike Schmidt played through Nightmarionne and Nightmare Fredbear's levels, confirming that they are safe, Jeremy was the one who tackled Plushtrap and Nightmare B.B.'s levels.

After beating Plushtrap's level on the first try, Nightmare B.B. was very amused and revealed a secret as a token for gratitude for entertainment, showing a Faz token on the ceiling that would've been unlocked if the player flashed the flashlight on it (though all Faz tokens were already unlocked on the Schmidts' copy of the game). Afterwards, Jeremy and Nightmare B.B. began their game. Though Nightmare B.B. successfully jumpscared Jeremy for the first time, the ghost child was able to beat the game on his second try, much to Nightmare B.B.'s dismay, with the Nightmare child only being able to comfort himself with the fact that he did better than Plushtrap. Jeremy later played through Nightmare B.B.'s Blacklight level, and though there were lots of balloons that obscured his sight, he was still able to beat it on the first try, with Nightmare B.B. already accepting his impending defeat.
