Octavius Tentacles I is the main antagonist of the CrazyFilms1121 YouTube video "Lego Spongebob: THE GREAT PACIFIC WAR OF 1963." He is the octopus leader of the Atlantics and the grandfather of Squidward Tentacles. After the Pacific Ocean denied him control of the Southern Ocean, he started a bloody war against both regions.
Like most characters, he was voiced by CrazyFilms himself.
Appearance[]
Octavius looks identical to his grandson, Squidward. He has a bulbous forehead and a gigantic nose. His skin is a sand green color and his eyes are yellow with red, vertical pupils. Like Squidward, he does not have any hair, and instead has several dark spots on his head. Being a military commander, he dresses quite formally. he wears a dark blue, well decorated suit and tie with a red sash going down the middle. He also wears black gloves and a black belt.
Personality[]
Octavius takes great pride in being an Atlantic. He considers the Atlantic superior to all other regions of the ocean and won't hesitate to fight anyone who disputes this fact. Like many proud villains, this also gives him a high amount of arrogance, as he refused to retreat simply because he thought the Pacifics were to weak to defeat his army. Octavius has little care towards human life; he sees others as pawns and is willing to let others die for his own gain. Unlike most villains in the series, Octavius is not portrayed as incompetent, and in fact seems to have been an intelligent leader prior to his capture.
History[]
In the year 1963, Octavius tried to take over the Southern Ocean and assimilate it into the Atlantic Ocean. However, the Pacific Ocean would not allow this, believing the Southern Ocean was better off independent. Outraged, Octavius waged a violent war againt both oceans. At some point, he had his second in command, Gerald Plankton, create a super serum that could turn one into a muscular giant.
During the tail-end of the war, a group of Pacifics led by Jenkins started advancing to Octavius's base, planning on capturing him. Octavius heard the news, but rather than stop them, he decided to have the soldiers come to him so he could kill them. When Jenkins and his team arrived, Octavius tried to use a clarinet-like weapon to torture them to death. However, Jenkins managed to fight through the pain tackle Octavius. Octavius was promptly taken prisoner, though he vowed that his grandson would avenge him.

- Octavius shares his name with Squidward's brother, who was introduced in the Patrick Man sub-series.
- The name itself is a play on the word octopus, their species.
- Since Octavius mentions having an grandson, and how Squidward is believed to be in his 50s or 60s in the CrazyFilms continuity, it's likely that Squidward had just been born during the events of the movie.
