My name is Optimus Prime, and I believe that happens for a purpose. That purpose, though, is to piss me off more than any sane being can handle.

Optimus Prime is the main protagonist of the Transformers comedy fan-series, Transformers: Life of Prime created by AHM1K.

He is the leader of the Autobots who has become nihilistic after years of dealing with autobots such as Ironhide, Wheeljack, and Countdown, as well as fighting with the Decepticons.

He is voiced by SlaghterMeElmo.

Biography[]

Before the Series[]

Early Life[]

Six days prior to the launch of The Ark, Optimus Prime and Ironhide tried to stop Megatron and his troops. In the process, Optimus Prime killed Skywarp, a Vehicon, and Starscream. Right as he was fighting Megatron, Brawl attempted to shoot Megatron, however, he mistook Ironhide for him, shooting Ironhide in the head multiple times, causing damage to his mind, as he believed the Decepticons to be his friends. After this, Optimus Prime shot Megatron in the back with his blaster. After this, Ironhide continued to insist the Decepticons were his friends, annoying Optimus Prime to the point that he screamed in anguish.

Arriving to Earth[]

After travelling to Earth, Wheeljack and Perceptor created the Dinobot, Grimlock, who Optimus Prime congratulated for doing an impossible task, wanting more Dinobots to be created. Sometime later, Optimus Prime was enjoying a quiet trip in the city when Ironhide revealed that he had invited the Decepticons to the city, Megatron, now reborn as Galvatron appeared and shot Optimus Prime in the crotch with the particle cannon, starting Optimus Prime's nihilistic views, he then banished Ironhide to punish him. When the second Dinobot, Swoop was created, he killed Perceptor, and tried to do so to Optimus Prime, who killed him. Optimus Prime claimed making more Dinobots was stupid idea due to them having simple brains and he was glad that Swoop killed Perceptor. Optimus Prime encountered Brawl, who insulted him, causing him to shoot him the chest with his blaster, and asked him to say his last words before he kills him, however, Brawl comments that he can't see his forehead and kill himself with his own blaster, with Optimus Prime commenting he wasn't worth the bullet.

Season 1[]

Preparing for Ironhide's Arrival[]

Whilst sitting in The Ark, Grimlock accidentally knocked Optimus over while trying to get his attention. Optimus asked Grimlock to help him up, which he did with his hands before revealing that he didn't wash his hands, causing anger to build up in Optimus. Grimlock asked Optimus Prime if he should wash his hands as Bumblebee had suggested to do, with Optimus Prime responding that he doesn't care. Optimus Prime then saw Bumblebee and tried to hide from him, however, he still noticed him and spoke to him, much to Prime's dismay. Later, Jazz and Blaster appeared to talk to Optimus about a matter involving Countdown ordering contraband. Optimus Prime confronted Countdown for it, causing him to go through an experimental space bridge. Blaster then ran off to protect himself from Countdown, Optimus then ordered Jazz to not let him go to his office. After Jazz left, Optimus looked at a computer screen that revealed Ironhide would return in 14 days, Optimus would then help Wheeljack torture Bumblebee through amputation.

Later, the power to The Ark was deactivated while Optimus was watching his favourite TV show, causing him to search for the Autobot who caused the power outage. He questioned Wheeljack, Blaster, and Countdown, finding out that it was none of them. He later found out Bumblebee caused the power outage after falling into the power generator's core while playing Pokemon Go, after releasing from the power core. After finding this out, Optimus chased after Bumblebee with intent to harm him. Sometime later, Optimus Prime helped Mirage fight Soundwave, and Cyclonus. After this, Optimus commented that he believed Mirage to be the only competent Autobot besides himself, however, Mirage wanted to have a vacation, which Optimus didn't want as he wanted as he wanted someone to talk with Ironhide's arrival to keep his sanity. However, Mirage still wanted to go on vacation. Optimus then decided to sabotage Mirage's vacation, with the help of Countdown. However, their attempts caused Mirage to simply quit. Optimus Prime then tried to kill himself via hanging, however, it didn't work.

Sometime later, Optimus Prime is annoyed by a dance party being done by Bumblebee, Grimlock, Jazz, and Skydive. When confronting them about this, they deny there being music before playing it again when he shuts the door twice, causing him to shoot down the door in frustration due to the fact that he couldn't concentrate on the plan for his survival for Ironhide's return. After shooting the door, Optimus stormed off to think more about Ironhide's return. Optimus Prime's mental state would get worse after he is unable to get any coffee due to the pot being empty and there being no more coffee grounds.

Operation Purge[]

Optimus Prime then screamed loudly before screaming that Operation Purge is a go, Bumblebee tried to talk to him, but was interrupted by Leadfoot, who was angry that someone ate his chicken, causing Optimus Prime to angrily recall the times Leadfoot ate his food before shooting him dead. Optimus Prime then comes to the conclusion that all Autobots must die before Ironhide arrives, After hearing gunfire, Silverbolt entered the room to see if everything was okay, before being shot by Optimus Prime. When questioned about why he did this by Skydive, Optimus Prime admits that he didn't know as he actually liked Silverbolt. Realising Optimus had gone insane, Wheeljack attempted to stop him, but was shot down by Optimus and told to cut himself. To Optimus Prime's surprise, Wheeljack survived this as he replied to Prime, causing Optimus to shot once again, believing him to be a zombie.

Bumblebee tries to calm him down by revealing he knows Ironhide returning is what is causing his behaviour, but this backfires as it meant that Bumblebee had read Prime's private thoughts from his diary, angering him more. Optimus then went on a killing spree through the Autobot ship, killing Hot Rod, Blurr, and Hot Spot. After this, Ironhide finally arrived at the base, causing Optimus to shoot himself with his blaster in an attempt to kill himself. Whilst seemingly succumbing to his wounds, Bumblebee walked in, shocked at what he had done. Optimus then insulted his entire crew, labelling Bumblebee "Bumblebitch" and accusing him of having a fake personality, calling Grimlock a dumb brute, Mirage a narcissist, Wheeljack demented, Ironhide dumb, Countdown a psychopath, and insulting Hot Rod whom he had named "Red Guy". When told by Bumblebee that he might be able to recover from his wounds, Optimus simply ignored him, rejecting any chance of recovery, and asking to stay dead.

Suddenly, Countdown walked in, believing the other Autobots to have caused Prime's injuries. however, whilst attacking in a blind rage, Countdown accidentally attacked Optimus, worsening his wounds, and making them fatal. Not wanting Countdown to be his cause of death, Optimus Prime decides to make the Autobot ship blow up with himself and all of the crew inside. He successfully does this, killing all of the Autobots aboard, including Ironhide, Bumblebee, Skydive, and Countdown. After the explosion, Optimus Prime managed to live for a few second more, in these moments, Optimus Prime reflects on his life, saying that his only regrets were that he didn't do this sooner, before dying from his wounds, granting the Decepticons of his universe victory.

Season 2[]

50 Shades of Prime Arc[]

However, due to another Optimus Prime being beaten into a coma at the exact same time he died, he was reborn in the body of that Optimus. After waking up in this body, he was surprised by the fact that he seemingly lost weight. He was also surprised to see Ratchet, who had been killed by Ironhide in a smelting accident in the previous universe. Ratchet then expressed shock at Optimus Prime cursing as he recalled his death, which he blamed on Bumblebee. After Ratchet told Optimus that he had been in a coma, the alternate universe Bumblebee entered the room for his pipe repair, whom Optimus told to go away before telling Ratchet to delay his repair appointment. After leaving the medical room, Optimus encountered Ultra Magnus and the alternate Wheeljack, where he discovered that the latter wasn't a sadistic like the original Wheeljack. The alternate Countdown then appeared behind Prime, giving him flashbacks to his death, causing him to punch the alternate Countdown, and tried to kill him before being interrupted by Ultra Magnus. The alternate Coundtdown then said that another cybertronian has arrived on Earth.

After going through the ground bridge to find the cybertronian along with Cliffjumper and Wheeljack, the alternate versions of Megatron and Soundwave appeared before them, which Optimus Prime felt indifferent to, much to Megatron's surprise. Believing Optimus to have lost his memories, Megatron recapped him on everything for 2 hours, before forgetting the conflict and leaving with Soundwave. Optimus Prime was then horrified to find out that the new cybertronian was the Ironhide from his own universe, who had also been revived. Optimus then attempted to shoot him multiple times, causing Ironhide to believe that it's a game and shot back at him. After hiding behind a house, Ironhide stopped shooting due to his gun being jammed, which Optimus believed to be a plan to draw him out. After two minutes, Optimus charged at Ironhide, coincidentally, at the same time, the bullet in the gun became unstuck while it was aimed at Optimus, shooting him in the chest. Believing he was dying, Optimus saw a light in his face, which he believed was a sign he was becoming one with All-Spark, however, it was just Bumblebee accidentally waving his flashlight at his face, much to Prime's disappointment, he expressed his disappointment before losing consciousness. However, Optimus woke up in the med bay, still alive, where he learnt form Ratchet that his injuries weren't even life-threatening. After realizing Ironhide shooting him was just a lucky shot, Optimus labelled Ratchet "Medic", disregarding his real name, before insulting him.

Sometime later, Optimus Prime was in the med bay looking at the energon supply, believing they were lethal chemicals he could use to overdose on. When he was told none of them was lethal, he demanded nine energon cubes so he could get drunk. After encountering Ironhide in the hall, Optimus pinned him against the wall, questioning how he got in this universe. Ironhide then explained he brought all of the Autobots there when he blew up the Autobot base. He then went to find the alternate versions of Wheeljack and Countdown, to see if they've been replaced by the original ones, much to his dismay. After questioning why this happened, Optimus decided to consult with The Oracle. To do this, Optimus had to climb a tall mountain, after arriving up the mountain, he surprised to see that The Oracle was just a floating Optimus Prime head. After explaining he was from another universe, The Oracle said that it didn't care about the situation before exchanging insults with him, eventually doing the "most annoying sound ever", which caused Prime to shoot it dead. After fleeing the scene, Optimus informed Cliffjumper ,who was climbing the mountain, that The Oracle was dead already before encountering Megatron. Megatron tried to explain everything to Optimus, but he had already figured out how he ended up in the universe, before shooting Megatron for accidentally causing him to have a second life.

Optimus Prime later forced Bumblebee, who had also been revived, to take out the garbage instead of him, before going into to another room, where he saw Ratchet welcoming Brawl into the Autobots, which Optimus refused to let happen, forcing Brawl to leave. Right before leaving Brawl remembers that he actually came for an audience with Optimus, revealing that he was the same Brawl who Optimus had encountered in the original universe. Not caring about this, Optimus simply told Brawl to kill himself, to which Brawl replied that he had a better idea before shooting Optimus Prime and putting him in a coma. After waking up form the coma, Optimus Prime prepares to destroy all of the Decepticons for what Brawl did to him. Bumblebee tried to talk him out of this by telling Optimus that he was the greatest Autobot and could take on the Decepticon army by himself, however, this Optimus the idea to ask Wheeljack to spawn multiple Optimus Primes from across the multiverse into the universe they are currently in, so that they could all destroy the Decepticons together.

Later, Optimus walked into the room that Wheeljack had spawned his alternate variants into. The first variants of himself that he encountered were an Optimus that looked lazy that he labelled "Sloptimus", and a small Optimus that he named "Minimus". Optimus then tried to give a speech to his variants about there being enough of them to destroy the Decepticons, however, a green Optimus variant rejected this, claiming there would there wound never be enough, and that it won't be enough until "all are Optimus". This variant then called himself the "Ultimate Optimus", before another variant claimed that he was the ultimate Optimus, causing the green variant to rename himself Optimus Prime's Nemesis instead. As Optimus started to realized it was a bad idea to bring them all there, Nemesis Prime then revealed his ambition to conquer the universe, and asking which of them would join him. Some variants accepted his offer, while others vowed to stop him, causing a rift between the Optimus variants. Optimus tried to interrupt this, telling them that they've got to go back to their own universes, causing both sides to kick him and Sloptimus out. Optimus then made an alliance with Sloptimus, calling their team "The Cool Patrol". Optimus then came up with a plan to get rid of the Optimus variants by getting Ironhide to annoy them, it worked as they began to beat up Ironhide. Around 1 hour later, Optimus took part in another plan created by Bumblebee, which involved Optimus, Bumblebee, Sloptimus, and Coutndown doing the Cool Partol dance in front of all of the Optimus variants. This plan was successful, as it confused them all, including Nemesis Prime. Taking advantage of this, Optimus quickly shot and killed Nemesis, which the other Optimus Prime variants were opposed to. To deal with this, Optimus began killing the variants of himself with the help of Bumblebee and Countdown. After all of the Optimus variants opposed to him were killed, Optimus shot his ally, Sloptimus in the back, killing him, before forcing Bumblebee to get rid of the corpses. Optimus later told this story to Bumblebee, Ironhide, and Hot Rod.

Multiverse Bleeding Effect[]

After being called by Ratchet, Optimus learned from Wheeljack that spawning in the Optimus Prime variants broke the mulitverse, creating a "bleeding effect" that meant cybertronians across the multiverse would keep randomly spawning into their universe. After going outside, Optimus and Countdown found Defensor, an Autobot from an alternate universe that acted just like Countdown. Optimus attempted to kill Defensor but was stopped by Wheeljack. In frustration, Optimus simply chose to shoot and injure Bumblebee. Optimus then came up with a plan to get rid of both Countdown and Defensor involving teleporting them somewhere else using the experimental space bridges they carry. When the plan was put into action, however, only Defensor was there due to Countdown being in the restroom. After successfully teleporting Defensor away, Optimus told Countdown that Defensor had willingly deserted the Autobots using his space bridge.

Later, while drunk on energon, Optimus encountered Barricade, a Decepticon from an alternate universe that was spawned into the Autobot base by Wheeljack. Optimus gave Barricade a job interview before welcoming him into the Autobot ranks. Optimus Prime awoke the next morning, surprised to see Barricade as he didn't remember making him an Autobot earlier. After being woken up by Barricade, he was taken by him to see Sqweeks, who had arrived into their universe from the same universe as Barricade. Optimus at frist mistook Sweeks for a drunken hooker, and prepared to kill him, however, after he learned that Sqweeks was an autobot, he let him live on the condition that he would have to live in the trash compactor. Optimus Prime and Barricade then bonded over their hatred for Bumblebee, and ran motorists of the road for fun, before transforming into robot mode and pillaging all the soaps form the Motel 6, with news footage of Barricade shooting and killing a human being broadcast, as Optimus declares that he will destroy all Motel 6 establishments. They later returned to Autobot base, where the alarm went off leading to Optimus Prime shooting Sqweeks non-fatally.

Optimus would later get angry when the alternate universe knights, Dragonicus and Stormreign were teleported into his ship. Later, Optimus Prime would be introduced to the Megatron from the Last Knight universe by Barricade, Optimus Prime would then go on a rant to Megatron about previous things that he has done, before Megatron and Barricade proposed doing Operation Purge again, this time with Optimus surviving, which Optimus agreed to. Optimus would then begin the second Operation Purge, starting by punching Darksteel from behind, knocking him over, causing Coutdown to accidentally injure himself via an experimental space bridge he tried to escape from. After this, Optimus pursued Bumblebee until he accidentally ran into Ugandan Jazz, shooting him after he introduced himself. Optimus then threatened to kill everyone in the area if they didn't surrender Bumblebee, but was confronted by Leo Convoy. Optimus then slashed Leo Convoy in the face with his arm blade, before going on to kill multiple Autobots out of rage. However, he was interrupted by Bumblebee, who was angered by Optimus killing the Autobots, causing Optimus to mock Bumblebee, before Bumblebee angrily engaged in a battle with Optimus with intent to kill him. This fight was interrupted by Barricade, who revealed Megatron to be the true threat, as he had sent a message through the multiverse to many Decepticons with the goal of getting him to join his army so he could rule over their universe. Optimus then teamed up with Barricade, Bumbleee, and Countdown in an attempt to defeat Megatron, which ended with Megatron ordering Ironhide to launch Countdown's nuke onto a city. However, Optimus quickly jumped on to the nuke, riding on it before jumping off it and shooting it in the sky, foiling Megatron's scheme. Megatron vowed to have his revenge, which excited Optimus as he would have someone to direct his hate towards.
