~ Obito and Oliver making fun of Agent 4 and his friends.

Selena and Oliver, also known as Orca and Obito, are the main antagonists of a Gacha Splatoon mini-series, The Forgotten Skill.

They are a octoling duo who hates Inklings and enjoys splatting them in turf wars. They are the owners of Octo-Square and prevent inklings from entering, Both of them are Agent 4's arch-enemies after they killed his best friend Harold.

Biography[]

While nothing is known of their backstories, after seemingly being freed with the deep sea when Agent 4 defeated DJ Octavio's and created peace between inklings and Octolings, they're still hated the inklings after being freed and have no shame whatsoever.

After, winning multiple turf wars, they became the highest ranked players and gained a lot of money, they used the money to buy illegal weapons to win in splatfests. Since then, they became one of the hardest players to beat in turf wars and no one couldn't defeat them in turf wars or splatfests.

The Forgotten Skill[]

While they don't appear in the first two episodes, however they were mentioned in Episode 2 by DJ as he mentioned them when Harold got his hand cut off after the two threw water at him which pissed off Agent 4.

Episode 3[]

They both debut in this episode as Agent 4, DJ and Harold visit Octo-Square to confront them for amputating Harold's arm during Turf War. They realized Inklings aren't allowed in the building however they refuse to leave without questioning the twins, as the two arrived to meet the three, they question why they amputated Harold's arm off, they both laugh it off and mock the three for it, making fun of the three inklings.

As Agent 4 grows enraged at them for cutting off Harold's arm and tries to attack both of them for it, however he gets tazzed by the security guard, his friends help him recover and leave the area, sworing revenge at them.

Trivia[]

  • The twins are based of the two players that the creator encountered when playing Splatoon 2, at the time, he was severely attacked by the two and wouldn't let him play the games, often killing him only, due to this, influenced the recreation of Orca and Obito based off of their gamer tags.
  • While the Theatrical Version episodes is released, supposedly there is a extended cut that has missing episodes/cut content as the creator had deleted scenes due to memory storage, it's unknown if the extended cut has anything redeeming or more heinous of the Octo Twins.
