Peter Theodore "P.T." Boomer is the unseen main antagonist of the horror-themed Thomas & Friends AU story Sodor Fallout.
He is a former railway engineer who created diesel locomotives and the true mastermind behind all the events in the series, including that of the Brendam Bay Blast and transforming Oliver into the Beast. A bitter, spiteful man, Boomer was originally the friend and business partner of Sir Topham Hatt who supplied him with diesel engines that were usually faulty. His desire to create the perfect diesel through illegal experiments resulted in Topham terminating their partnership, calling the authorities and Boomer losing everything he had worked for, swearing revenge on his former friend by ruining the railway and destroying everything he loves.
History[]
When he and Bertram Topham Hatt were young, they were good friends. Boomer promised Bertram to supply him with diesel engines, if they both got their dream jobs. When they did, Boomer followed through on his promise. However, Bertram noticed the problems with the diesels he was sent. They would either have behavioral or maintenance issues. After a while, Bertram told Boomer to send a better diesel or ties would be cut. Boomer became obsessed with making the perfect diesel. He started to do horrific experiments with engines. After he made his final engine, Diesel 10, Bertram found out about the experiments. He immediately severed ties with Boomer and called the authorities. Bertram also acquired Diesel 10 and sold him to the Ironworks. After losing everything, Boomer snapped and started an underground organization on Sodor. Their mission was to ruin the Island. Boomer took control of the Ironworks and had Harold and Hubert (Arry and Bert) kidnap Oliver and Toad. Oliver was mutated by Boomer with a mysterious serum and renamed the beast. Boomer's team were responsible for setting up a line of gigantic explosion near the Nuclear power plant. Boomer and his followers also injected other engines with the serum that cause faces to deformed and mutates as well as memory loss of the event, which is how none of the engines remembered their injections; though not all the injection worked but mere just cause memory losses such as on Edward, Toby (besides FireFace), ETC. Some of the members of the organization were railway workers, which is how the engines got injected. Boomer currently has possession of Toad and presumably S.C. Ruffey, although this is up for debate.
