He is a young tall black male standing at probably around 6'2-6'4. He has curly black hair and usually wears some sort of sweatshirt with sweatpants.

Personality[]

He is a very proud man of his state trying to enforce the rules of his state onto the protagonist which ultimately always ends in one of his criminal acts.
