Papyrus is the secondary antagonist in both the UNDERFELL animations made by VyletBunni. And is as well in DELTATRAVLER Section 3. He is Sans's younger brother and wishes to be part of the royal guard so he can assist in destroying all of humankind. But unlike his brother, Papyrus does not want to kill the humans right away as he considers it to be too simple. In his view, he sees killing as an art form and uses traps and puzzles to try and kill Frisk/or Kris and obtain their soul. But if Sans is put to sleep at the send of DELTATRAVELER Section 3, he appears one last time to lament over Sans losing his sanity and decides to cease being a royal guard and decides to help those in need.
Appearance[]
Papyrus bears a similar resemblance to his original Undertale counterpart. But the major differences are that his battle body is now black instead of white. He has sharp spikes for shoulder pads. And his cape is bigger, He also had a crack on the top left of his skull which is because Sans bashed him on the head for refusing to finish off someone.
Personality[]
Papyrus is mainly portrayed as a sadistic, egotistical, arrogant, and cultured monster throughout the series and in DELTATRAVELER. He is also incredibly short tempered such as when Sans keeps on referring to him as a boss or when Sans tries to get closer to Frisk/Kris. But he also tends to show a bit of leniency and not being completely malicious as Flowey points out when Sans nearly gets Papyrus killed by a bunch of bones in a letterbox.
With DELTATRAVELER section 3, he remains the same just like in the original series. it's revealed that Papyrus was like his Undertale counterpart but was turned into what he was like due to Sans pushing him to seek revenge on humanity.

Trivia[]
When Sans tells Papyrus to take off his boots, Papyrus thinks he wants him to do another redesign. This is a reference to how many times the Underfell characters were constantly redesigned.
