Paradox, also known as The Entity, Emperor Paradox and The Time Warper, is the main antagonist of Netflix's Skylanders Academy spin-off series Skylanders Academy: The Logan Chronicles.
He is the ruler of the Infinity Empire and a merciless, dictatorial cosmic entity that Eon and Kaossandra have imprisoned inside an infinity machine. He was awakened by Dark Spyro countless eons later and planned his retaliation by destroying the Skylanders and annexing Skylands with the Infinity Stones. He later rose to the position of dark benefactor for the Order of Paradox, a pernicious group. He betrayed his nephew Gearstrom and exiled him and Gerald to an unidentified location after being revived by him before concentrating on his new mission, destroy time.
He is also Eon and Strykore’s father, Kaosandra's father-in-law, Kaos' paternal grandfather, Gearstrom’s uncle, and Spyro's adoptive paternal grandfather (hence that Eon adopted the dragon).
He was voiced by Liam Neeson, who also played Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins, Harry Rawlings in Widows, Clinch Leatherwood in A Million Ways to Die in the Old West, Norvirus Raccoon in The Nut Job, Phango in Khumba, Bad Cop in The LEGO Movie franchise, High-T in Men In Black: International, and himself in Family Guy.
Personality[]
He is a wicked, oppressive, cunning, ruthless, power-hungry, disgusting, smart, and egotistical cosmic being, but if his army, his son Strykore, and the Infinity and Dark Golems fail them, then he cares about them.
Despite being regarded by many as the epitome of brutality, insanity, and destruction, Paradox was a more complex and tormented soul as he matured. He truly believed that his actions— which resulted in the eradication of half of all life— would be advantageous to the entire cosmos. Paradox has a reputation for being ruthless toward his foes, as evidenced by the fact that he gathers kids from all over the Skylands to murder their people in order to increase them as assassins and to help him by assiduously looking for the Infinity Stones.
Appearance[]
He is a 90-foot-tall, 2000-year-old cosmic entity with gray skin, a white beard, five fingers on each hand, dark purple, orange, and pink tail of wind and debris. His eyes are dark cosmic purple with pink scleras. He is decked up in golden armor and a gauntlet, a dark purple armor attachment, and a helmet with silver horns. On his left hand lies the Infinity Gauntlet as well.
He was trapped within a massive contraption that has several limbs, claws, a converter leg, and a single red eye.
He had a white beard, a cracked gray face, and a blind left eye as a spirit.
After his resurrection, he expanded to a height of 100 feet, with white beard, fractured gray skin, a blind left eye, and bottom tentacles that resembled metal ends. He is armed with silver gauntlets, the Doomsday Clock in the center, and the Order of Paradox headquarters as his armor.
