Dr. Paul Pardoner Seven is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Satya Vanilla) of Sheepboy's Character Elimination series. Serving as a posthumous antagonist in seasons 1-19, and the main antagonist of season 20.
He is one of the founders (along with Bill Pays) of Pircohard as well as the latter's former friend after his death on December 17, 2013. He once decided to turn employees, children, and animals into living machines to try and raise more money after the company hits downfall. But after doctor's realized he had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, he had passed away after that. After his death, his brain remains conscious, this led to scientists to save his brain in a machine that way he could communicate. He is also the reason why he led his former best friend to go insane and kidnap baby Pokémon and use them as a power source to a new experiment, A.Os (Artificial Objects).
He is voiced by Sheepboy himself.

- His character and name are based on the late Paul Allen.
- Originally, SheepBoy wanted him to look like a head in a jar, but he thought that would be too creepy, so he made him into a machine with a brain inside.
- He is heavily inspired by Harley Sawyer from the Poppy Playtime franchise.
- He and Bill Pays seem to be the darkest and most evil GoAnimate villains. For Seven, he experimented on so many innocent lives. And for Pays, he abducts so many Pokémon to power his A.O's, showing that both will do nothing but to accomplish their goals.
