Pedro Afonso Rezende Posso, simply knows as Pedro or Rezende, but whose true name is unknown, is the villainous main protagonist of rezendeevil's 2018 teen thriller YouTube series Casa de Férias (Vacation House).
He is a young adult who, as the protagonist, acted good and friendly for most of the story except for its last four episodes, where he reveals himself as the true mastermind behind all the bad events occurring through the series. In reality, he is a manipulative sadist who joined forces with the Stalker so he could disturb his friends in his house which he rented to serve supposedly as a vacation spot, but was only a spot where he could gather them together for his plans.
He was portrayed by the YouTuber rezendeevil himself, who also portrayed The Invader in Invader: The Series, Valron in Wizards Academy and Killer Clown in Diário de Adolescênte.
Overview[]
After renting a house to spend his vacation with his classmates, they all get a both fun and frightening experience of spending their off-school time in the "Vacation House" which Pedro Rezende rented. However, despite some common fights between friends, including fights over love interests and supposed betrayals, a very unusual and scary problem gets in the middle to spoil their fun time in the house. It is noticed that a certain unknown person is intending to torment the young teenagers, but in an extreme level which includes very sensitive crimes, which started with one of the girls' panties found in the boys' wardrobe, and worsened to nudes and private videos the unknown person recorded of the girls and made viral in the internet, and to the near death of two of the same seemingly targeted girls being caused after swimming shortly in the local house pool.
In the meantime, that is when the things are slightly fine around the house, couples are officially formed among them, parties are made to enhance the mood among them, and sleepovers and movie nights are planned. But when the mysterious man strikes again, the young teens try everything to, at least, find who was the one that was behind these crimes, who they call as The Stalker. Many times, they plan tactics to try to catch the Stalker, but he manages to escape an instant before he could be trapped by the teens. Once, they are successful in catching the Stalker in action in a newly installed CCTV, when he is shown taking picture from a bathroom window, which was when one of the girls were showering. They even plan a fake "mask party" to make sure they would catch the Stalker with their bare hands, but he simply vanished when Pedro and his best friend João ran as fast as they could towards him up to the front space of the house. But things get completely unacceptable after the Stalker drops a harmful substance into a particular part of the pool, where was exactly where one of the girls went to, causing her to feel horribly sick and nearly die, if she didn't get to the hospital in time.
After that, the girls, Virgínia, Ana and Letícia decide once and for all to leave that house forever, leaving only Pedro And João in the house. They decide to investigate the part where the Stalker could vanish to see if they found a clue, but this is where the true colors are shown. Not only is the Stalker's face and full appearance shown but also the one who was truly behind all the horrible mischief throughout the series, who was actually Pedro Rezende himself, who demanded the Stalker to do what he's done so far. Then, they plan to lure the three girls back to the house in order to reveal their true basis for their deeds to the girls and João and torture them for that, which was their tragic past in school when they both were excluded children who suffered bullying from other people, specially as Rezende says when he suffered by them, except João, who he was torturing only for his anger over him.
Fortunately, the girls were smart enough to call the police in the last chance they had, which leads to Pedro's plan foiled, making the Stalker sacrifice himself for Pedro to make it possible for him to flee from the police officer, saving all four. However, Rezende, for his sick pleasure, visited back the four, who were now safe from him, while they were taking their last look to the house where they spent their vacation, in spite of the bad memories. Pedro merely talks about if they learned a lesson with all the torment and malice he caused them. Plus, his backstory of which he said to be the main reason for his crimes gets questionable, since he admits that "Pedro" wasn't his actual name and that he was older than them, implying he would had been in a higher grade than them when he suffered his so called "Bullying". Also for the fact that, in the last scene, he calls another friend of his to "work for him in the house" while he invites his other classmates from Theater class to take some vacation too, implying that all what happened before was about to happen again, but with different people, proving that Pedro, whether if he suffered bullying or not, is now a dangerous sociopath to torment people for his amusement.
Personality[]
Pedro, for a long time in the story, was shown not only as a good guy but also as THE good guy of the plot. The one who was seen as the main hero and the main one who would help all of his classmates against the threats within their house and take the responsible to justice. He keeps the best friend of one of his classmates, João, and was always trying to solve every conflict there would be, like: when he got concerned like all his friends, when private footage of two girls there went up in the internet and sent to them by a private number, of which they knew it was the Stalker's; when he proposed to Virgínia and they started dating; called the ambulance and saved Ana Mosconi from a grave near-death danger; when he plans parties and celebrate with his friends and when he plans with the others to make a fake party so that they could reach the Stalker and try to catch him, which didn't succeed for he ran away much faster and Pedro and João lost sight of him, and he even showed himself angry about it.
All until everybody else decides to leave the house until there is no one left in the house but Pedro and João, that is when the Stalker reveals his face and makes the distracted João pass out from behind and Pedro pretended he was trying to fight back, but then both Pedro and the Stalker are shown good with each other, even after Pedro says "Anyway, it worked.", mentioning he had plans alongside the Stalker.
He plots a situation where he and João would have been caught and tied up by the Stalker himself, so they could call the three girls, Letícia, Ana and Virgínia back to the house as a condition for the Stalker to let them free. The girls come and are tied with João around a pillar, where Rezende, alongside the Stalker, reveals he was the true one behind all the conflicts in the house before, and the Stalker was obeying his orders to do whatever he wanted, including recording, uploading and letting viral their nudity footage while they were in their bathroom; and the picture which led to the fight between Pedro and João over João and Virgínia's old relationship.
Rezende explains he planned that all along ever since he was an excluded boy in their young school days and the three girls always made fun of him and never gave him the attention he needed, and he says the Stalker ha also gone through this in his childhood, thus, after they met, they teamed up and plotted all their vengeance plan over Pedro's classmates, specially the three girls. As he revealed himself, he shows his true nature of a mentally messed up and wrathful dangerous man who doesn't care about the gravity and seriousness of his absurd deeds as he tortures João and the girls and make them cry in despair for what they could do next.
Trivia[]
- Pedro Rezende is the second villain from rezendeevil's channel who is Complete Monster, being the first one The Invader from Invader: The Series and the third one Valron from Wizards Academy.
- Even though he is known by the name of Pedro Afonso Rezende Posso, in the last episode of the series, after he revealed himself, he confirms his name is not this one, for he had planned this revenge with the Stalker long ago already, and in case he had to remain free from the authorities, he could change his documents. But he doesn't reveal his real name.
- Out of every series made by rezendeevil, Casa de Férias is the only series so far in which the character Pedro Rezende is actually a villain, he is played as a good guy in all the others.
