Pervision is a major antagonist in the Sonic.exe: Nightmare Universe series created by JaizKoys. He appears as a major antagonist in Sally.exe: Eye of Three and as a recurring character in Nightmare Shorts.
He is a Rupter Demon that serves as the primary scientist of Exetior's army. He has created hundreds of monstrous organic hybrids that carry out the capture of Mobians for more experimentation.
He is currently voiced by Homieguy, and formerly voiced by DarkBox, who also voices Knuckles, Negagen and Sark in the same series, as well as Exeller from the Sonic.exe: The Spirits of Hell series.
Overview[]
Pervision was born around 10,500 years prior to the events of the games. During most of his past, he would hide in the most inconspicuous corners in the universe experimenting on an innumerous amount of items and creatures. He would later meet Exetior and join his cause of defeating the Highests due to a promise of being gifted resources that can help expand the scope of his experiments as well as the proper protection for them.
He was a medic and a gunsmith for the demonic forces of the First Global War of Demons VS Highests, treating the wounded and supplying them with powerful artifacts capable of holding their own against the Highests. Unlike the others who were captured during the war, Pervision managed to escape being captured and hid in the most unsuspecting corners of the universe. After Exetior escaped prison, he contacted Pervision and asked if he wanted to rejoin the cause, to which Pervision grew skeptical, but decided to after hearing the promises made.
Appearance[]
Pervision's mortal form looks almost identical to that of Sonic the Hedgehog. His fur is blue-green, similar to Sark's, with a paler skin color. He is constantly in a state of "blinking" due to his overflowing Chaos Energy.
His true form has a more spring-like appearance, with an eye on top of his head and with tentacles on the bottom of his body. He has a purple-red core stone[1].
Personality[]
Unlike other demons, Pervision's dominant and primary emotions are calm, collected and level-headed. He is neither aggressive nor violent, since he doesn't attempt to harm others. Although the exact full extent of his personality is unknown, he is definitely evil, as he is working with Exetior, had wiped out nearly the entire population of Desert City, and has also transformed various Mobians into his grotesque living weapons to use for the purposes of kidnapping and killing.
It is likely that he is also sadistic, due to the horrific surgical alterations given to some of his subjects, such as a large hammer protruding from Christy's brain and out the top of her head. Despite this presumed nature, Pervision is actually kind and caring towards others, even those who are regarded as having lower ranks than him. He genuinely shows compassion and care towards his pet, Boddys, and holds much of his subjects in high regard.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Rupter Demon physiology: Pervision is one of the most powerful Rupter Demons. While they are not often known for their physical prowess as much as Sharpers as they are the physically weakest of demons, they are extremely intelligent and are powerful when it comes to the mind.
- Genius-level intelligence: Pervision has made thousands of creations over his lifespan, ranging from grotesque organic experimentation to the creation of powerful artifacts and viruses.
- Chaos Energy manipulation and emission: Pervision is able to utilize Chaos Energy, the same power exerted from the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald. He can use it to fly, teleport, shapeshift, and demonize deceased bodies into vessels far stronger than when they were alive. He lives off his own energy and does not need to eat in order to survive. He has an extremely corrosive aura due to how Rupter Demons manifest Chaos Energy[1].

Pervision and his pet Boddys appeared in Spirits of Hell after Exetior had a meeting with Exeller. He also appeared as one of Exeller's attacks during his boss fight of Tails's Solo Ending.

- His name is a portmanteau of "perverted vision", likely meant to reference his ambition for science.
- According to his official biography[1] and JaizKoys' Twitter:
- He is around 10,500 years old, 3.5 feet tall in his "Sonic" form, and 11 feet tall in his true form.
- He is genderless, but prefers to go by he/him pronouns.
- He does not touch the ground at all and constantly floats in the air, as his lower body is almost completely atrophied. It was originally spread around as a joke until JaizKoys confirmed it on his Twitter[2].
- His home dimension was turned into a wasteland.
- He has a warm feelings towards Boddys and Brally, as he considers them as pets.
- He deliberately deprived himself of romantic emotions in order to devote as much of his time as possible to experimentation.
- He respects Exetior, staying loyal to him despite considering some of his moves rather reckless.
- He treats Negagen as a naive and silly nephew, often making fun of him while also trying to teach him different things.
- He does not like Sark due to his cockiness and arrogance, being a clear example of why many Rupters avoid long-term contacts with Sharpers.
