Peter Griffin is a major antagonist in the IT-Saacverse of GoAnimate, serving as the main antagonist in Caillou's TV Special and in The Death of Peter Griffin.
This an alternate version of Peter Griffin (in the TV Special) that exists not only in his show but outside of it as well, where he knows that Caillou mentioned a trademark name from Fox and so he calls him demanding five bucks from him (initially).
He is voiced by Brian in the TV Special and by (possibly) Isaac Anderson himself in The Death of Peter Griffin.

His personality is much different from the regular Peter Griffin, in that he is much more intelligent and competent than his regular counter-part. He is a way more threatening, cruel, and sadistic force in this universe. Even taking Caillou's Dad hostage when he doesn't have his ten bucks.
His concern also seems to be less so about his family and more about money and his current possessions, which is proven when after Caillou destroys his possessions Peter resorts to killing his own family.
The Death of Peter Griffin[]
His personality in this video are much more akinned to that of the Regular Peter Griffin, but more psychopathic than the regular counterpart. The goal, motive, or intent of his actions in this video are unclear as the video was more comedy-focused than plot-focused.
Appearance[]
Peter is a man with white skin, brown hair, big glasses, big eyes, who wears a white button-up shirt, dark green pants, and brown shoes just like the regular Peter Griffin.
Biography[]
Caillou's TV Special[]
When Caillou is just sitting on the couch talking to himself, gets grounded and then ungrounded by his father, he mentions Peter's name and how he has a chance of surpassing his behavior.
After Caillou mentions him, Peter calls him and talks to him about how his name is trademarked by Fox and that he will have to pay him some money to save the budget. So he threatens him to give him five bucks or else he will take drastic measures.
While Caillou is searching for ways to earn five bucks, he lays down on the roof and likens the current events that unfolded for Caillou to the time when he was stuck in the sewer which triggers a cutaway. Peter calls him again and threatens him for more money because of the cutaway, now asking for ten bucks, threatening to beat him up and kill his family if he doesn't comply.
Caillou calls up Peter Griffin after hours of watching Family Guy, and says the money should arrive because of how he should be paid for ratings and views. However, the paycheck for ratings doesn't til about 30 days so this method doesn't work.
When Caillou finally has the ten bucks for Peter Griffin and calls him, Peter doesn't believe in him after everything Caillou put Peter through. So he captured Boris, ties him up, and takes him hostage.
After Caillou shows up to Fox Headquarters to save his dad, beforehand Caillou threatens the Fox President with a gun and orders the President to take him to Peter's office. Once Caillou is at Peter's office he shoots and destroys all of his things. Peter Griffin is informed about this and with the reaction to this news, he murders his family.
Peter sees Caillou in the room trying to rescue his dad, the two battle it out and when it seems like all is lost for Caillou he pulls out the ten dollar bill and hands it to him. Peter unbelieved with what he is seeing takes the money and examines it, but later figures out it has an explosive device to it and kills him.
However, at the end of the video, Peter Griffin appears and turns out he isn't dead and talks to the audience about how he will retrieve that ten bucks one way or another. Teasing a possible sequel.
The Death of Peter Griffin[]
The video starts off with Peter announcing to Lois that he's going to shoot up a school in the normal gleeful Peter Griffin voice that the regular counter-part has.
He begins a massacre on the students and faculty, and his supposed intent for doing so is for the kids calling him a "boomer".
He walks out into the hall and sees his son Chris and askes him how school is going. When Chris tells him that it's going bad because his friends had died today, Peter kills Chris by bashing his skull to the wall.
Once the police arrive, they begin opening fire on Peter and while he's running away he gets shot and dies.
