Peterson "Petey" The Cat is the main antagonist of the All ☆ Star Dogman Universe.
Much like his original canon self, he is a highly intelligent yet egotistical cat that invents highly advanced inventions that (due to his massive ego and obession to kill Dogman) always fail. Despite his high intelligance (Being able to manipulate the city within days), he has a higher view on himself compared to everyone else, even if he is directly harming people, as shown when he worked with Flippy. However, he is willing to work with Dogman and co if he can't defeat a threat on his own, but reverts back to his usual self by the end.
Since he is from an written work, he technically has no voice, however he would be voiced by Nicholas Hoult if it were an actual universe.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Not much is known about Petey's past, but what is known is that he was the child of Grampa and Grace. Petey would be a curious kid, wondering various things, yet Grampa would do stuff like send Petey to "the wild west", which would lead to Petey growing a big resentment towards his father.
Creating Dogman[]
A manhunt was started in order to capture Petey, who had been a wanted criminal for years. The people who were on the case were Officer Knight (atheltic but dumb) and Greg the Dog (Smart but not atheltic). Petey knew this and decided to make a bomb in order to blow them into pieces.
After spying on them, he would plant the bomb in the Okhay Ville Stadium, causing Knight and Greg to leap into action. The bomb would go off, causing Greg and Knight to be seriously injured. But the doctor's were able to salvage the body of Knight and the head of Greg, creating Dogman. Petey learned about the creation of Dogman and would make a Vacuum Cleaner to suck him up. However, Petey would cut many corners in the process, leading to the robot easily being destroyed and Petey being arrested and sent to Cat Jail.
The Robotic Arms Race[]
Petey would convince a naive cat who he shared a cell with named Big Jim to break him out. He would tell Big Jim to go on the seesaw and once he did, he would be catapulted towards his Secret Lab. He would get an idea to make a robotic clone of Dogman, that links to his overall plan of taking over Okhay Ville with his PETEY bots. He would capture Dogman using his Squirrel Tank and use him to perfectly sculpt The DogBot 2000. He would successfully make the robots, but his only powercore would be destroyed. Instead of making new ones, he would bring all the robots to life using a product known as Living Spray.
Shortly after bringing the robots to life, he would pitch the idea of making them replace all the jobs in Okhay Ville to the Mayor. She would accept and all of the PETEY bots would replace everyone in every job, including Chief with Robo-Chief. This was the last straw for Dogman who would start attacking Petey while he was taking out the trash. Petey would rushed to hospital while Dogman was sent to Dog Jail. While in hospital, Petey would change to code of the robots, enacting a robo-revoult. But soon the Mayor would catch on and send Robo-Chief to destroy all PETEY bots.
Petey noticed the rapidly shrinking PETEY bots, so he would send The DogBot 2000 out to kill Robo-Chief. DogBot successfully did it and Petey would be happy. Allowing all his robots to revoult more, Petey decided to work on his mech, right before Chief bursts through the door and confront Chief. Chief revealed he would be exposed in front of both the news and the Mayor. Petey would intially pretend like nothing was wrong. But would soon reveal his real motives, deciding to attack Okhay Ville.
Attacking Okhay Ville and Arrest[]
He would start attacking the entire city, wearing a protective suit of armour. He would fight with Dogman and DogBot on a rooftop, but he falls and decides to use The DogBot as a crashpad, destroying it. Petey also realizes that Dogman and his crew found a weakness in his robots, so he summons his mech to kidnap Alice to emotionally manipulate him. However, the whole city would start throwing food and various robot scraps at him, this would lead to him being weakned and Dogman lodging a tennis ball into the power reactor of the mech, sending Petey flying. Shortly after that, Petey would be arrested again, sent back to Cat Jail and would be stuck in a cell with Big Jim. But Petey vowed revenge on Dogman for what he did.
Escaping Jail and Meeting Flippy[]
Petey would make a successful escape plan, allowing him to escape from Cat Jail, but as he was going to his lab, he noticed a News Team was around it. He would investigate the volcano and find a Compass, but as he was walking home, he would be hit by a car and sent to the hospital. While at the hospital, he would notice a Mysterious Stranger. He would mentioned "Ultimate Power" to the Stranger (a fish named Flippy) before converting the Compass into a USB, revealing it was a guide to find The Orb of the Physchokinetic. They would work together, trying to find the four Crystal Keys in order to unlock the Orb Temple. He would progressivly get more abusive to Flippy as his attempts to find the orb were in vein, leading to Flippy's betrayal. He would later fight off against him and be presummed dead after being thrown in his Treasure Chest Tank.
Personality[]
Petey is a massive egotist, believing he is the best inventor to ever live. He thinks that if it weren't for the cities hatred of him, he would be their saviour and would bring them into a new age. Yet Petey's ego leads to him thinking his inventions have no flaws, leading to his downfall most of the time. He is also known for being incredibily sarcastic, only taking himself seriously and thinking everyone else is being dramatic as shown how he treats Flippy's tragic backstory. His worst trait however is his intense hatred of Dogman, praying on his downfall and going to great lengths to defeat him, now matter how many lives are lost in the process.
