| ~ Petey talking to the viewers and his most famous quote. |
Peter "Petey" TheCat Jr. is the tritagonist of the My Ideal Dog Man Movie Trilogy.
He is an anthropomorphic orange tabby cat with a tragic past where his father abandoned him and his mother when he was very young. This event led to Petey becoming a villain and being classified as "The World's Most Evilest Cat," who became devoted to destroying the Cops, specifically Dog Man.
However, one day, as Petey was making plans to destroy Dog Man, he came up with a plan to create a clone of himself to make a partner in crime. This resulted in him creating Li'l Petey, who ends up helping him redeem himself and become a better person.
Albeit he comes from a fanon work and therefore doesn't have an official voice actor, he would've been voiced by Pete Davidson, similar to his original counterpart.
Biography[]
Past[]
While his past has not been shown to its full extent in the au, it is known that he was born to Peter TheCat Sr. and Grace TheCat, who were two completely different parents. Peter, his father, was very abusive to him, while Grace, his mother, was the opposite, caring for Petey and supporting his every desire.
One day, Petey would join a cub scout troop called the "Critter Scouts" alongside Piggy, Crunky, and Bub, whom he quickly befriended. However, after an incident in the scout troop, which led to Petey getting kicked out, Petey, out of anger, would call Animal Rights Society, which ended up permanently shutting down the troop.
Some time after that, Peter would somehow become responsible for turning Petey's tail tip flat, resulting in Petey and Grace to have to go to the hospital, allowing Peter to sell their house and steal almost all their belongings, abandoning the two of them alone. Petey and Grace would be forced to move into the Happy Home Shelter, where Grace would later pass away due to an unknown illness.
These events would ultimately lead to Petey becoming filled with hatred and corrupting him, turning him into the World's Most Evilest Cat, who would become obessed with world domination and destroying the Cops of Ohkay City in order to do so.
My Ideal Dog Man Movie[]
After having gained a reputation as the World's Most Evilest Cat, Petey would become a feared enemy towards Ohkay City and become the Cops of the city's arch-nemesis, specifically their boss, Chief Clarence Bailey.
One day, a man named Matthew Knight and his pet dog, Greg, would get hired by Chief as new cops to help take down Petey once and for all. Aggravated by this, Petey would get out a bomb and release it outside before calling Knight and Greg to help him, collecting their attention and allowing them to try and defuse the bomb. However, due to Knight's stupidity, he would cut the green wire inside of the bomb, resulting in it blowing up, which forced the two of them to be transported to the hospital. There, Nurse Genie S. Lady would come up with an idea to sew the non-dying parts of Knight and Greg to create the hybrid known as Dog Man.
After hearing the news, Petey would become angry at how Knight and Greg survived (in a way), and decided that he had to continue destroying Dog Man to finish the job. So, he creates countless of evil inventions, such as a vacuum cleaner robot, a robot that resembled Chief named Robo-Chief, and a robotic brontosaurus. After creating the machines, he goes out and attempts to destroy Dog Man using them, yet he ultimately fails at one point, albeit making the viewers of the film to believe he succeeded by creating fake versions of Flip-o-Ramas.
In jail, Petey would team up with other inmates to come up with a plan to escape, which would revolve around all of them. Afterward, they went through with the plan: Big Jim would distract one of the guards by showing how many cupcakes he could fit in his mouth at once, while Mr. Brian Whiskers would use his immense strength to knock out the two other guards. Tippy would then take a few keys out from one of the knocked out guards' pockets and unlock the doors to allow the inmates to escape, after Fluffy made sure the coast was clear. After they all escaped, they would each make a cat ladder to climb the jail wall, with Fluffy getting out first as Petey came next. However, when Petey climbed up the wall, he would push Fluffy backwards, causing him to knock into the other cats, allowing Petey to escape freely.
After escaping jail and getting back into his secret lab, Petey felt as if Dog Man was too smart, and would be able to arrest Petey again. Due to this, Petey felt as if he needed a partner in crime. In order to get one, he orders a cloning machine online and clones himself, creating the kitten clone Li'l Petey. However, once Li'l Petey starts to believe Petey was his father, Petey reveals that Li'l Petey was just his clone, which makes Li'l Petey cry heavily throughout the next day, annoying Petey and making him regret ever creating Li'l Petey.
That night, after having suffered through Li'l Petey's cries for the whole day, Petey realizes that the only way to make Li'l Petey stop is by selling him away. So, he goes out to see if anybody wanted to adopt Li'l Petey. At that moment, a woman named Dippy would come and try to adopt him, yet, due to her stupidity, the offer didn't work, and Dippy simply left. Afterward, Li'l Petey reveals he had to go to the bathroom and leaves to go do so. This gives Petey a brilliant idea to abandon the clone, which he does so.
At that moment, Dog Man was riding a helicopter driven by Chief, and, seeing Li'l Petey alone in the dark, has Chief park near Li'l Petey so Dog Man can take Li'l Petey in himself. After the two hang out for a long time, the news spreads to Petey, who comes up with a revelation: he can just kill one of Dog Man's beloved friends to bring Dog Man's hopes down. Therefore, he creates a robot named 80-HD and uses him to go out and kidnap Li'l Petey from Dog Man.
The next day, Dog Man wakes up to find out that Li'l Petey had gone missing and realizes that Petey was the one to kidnap Li'l Petey. So, Dog Man goes out to find Petey's lab, which he does so. There, he finds Petey grinning near a tied up Li'l Petey. Angrily, Dog Man takes out a gun and threatens to shoot it at Petey. Petey fakes being scared by shooting his hands up, however, using his tail, he would take the gun from Dog Man and point it straight at Li'l Petey. Just before Petey can pull the trigger, however, Dog Man punches the gun out of Petey's hand, leading to a fight between the two. Eventually, Li'l Petey figured out how to get out of being tied up and asks Petey why he was doing all of this, to which Petey reveals his tragic past. After hearing this, Li'l Petey goes up to Petey and hugs him, giving Petey a sense of remorse. Due to this, Petey allows Dog Man to arrest him and send him to Cat Jail, having reformed himself.

To Be Added
Cat Kid Comic Club series[]
Petey is a recurring character that appears in every episode, albeit only making cameos in the majority of them.
His first important appearance in the series was in its third episode, "The F.L.E.A.S.", where he would get kidnapped by an adult Piggy, Crunky, and Bub, who had teamed up and become a supervillain group known as The F.L.E.A.S., resulting in Li'l Petey, Molly, Naomi, and Melvin having to come and rescue him.
Personality[]
Petey is one of the most complicated characters in the fanfiction, which ultimately shows in his personality. Originally, he was vindictive, cruel, and had no care for anyone outside himself. This is especially shown within his relationship with Dog Man, whom he would constantly attempt to destroy, even going to the limits to kidnap and kill his own clone, Li'l Petey, who Dog Man was very close to, just to spite Dog Man.
However, as revealed in the first movie, he is only that way due to his traumatic past and, thanks to Li'l Petey, would find the error of his ways and redeem himself, becoming a full-on hero in the second movie, aiding the other protagonists defeat Flippy, which even resulted in him getting pardoned from Cat Jail.
However, even after his redemption, he still atains some of his villainous attributes, such as selfishness and minor lethality, as shown in the second movie where he would attempt to eat Flippy's dead body just for fun and kept Li'l Petey "for himself". However, he would feel remorse for this.
