Pinkamena (full name Pinkamena Diane Pie or simply Pinkie Pie) is the main antagonist of the infamous horror fanfiction and Creepypasta, Cupcakes, written by Drecker Jones, under the pen name "Sergeant Sprinkles." Unlike her canon counterpart, she is a cannibalistic baker who likes to kidnap, kill, and bake ponies into cupcakes to feed to her customers.

Pinkamena Diane Pie is an Earth pony representing the Element of Laughter who was born to Igneous Rock Pie and Cloudy Quartz Pie, rock farmers. Pinkie works as a baker, caterer, and party organizer at the local bakery, Sugar Cube Corner in the town of Ponyville in the world of Equestria, a magical world inhabited by Earth ponies, pegasi, unicorns, talking animals, zebras, and various mythological creatures. She is a serial killer and cannibal who mutilates and kills the citizens of Ponyville whenever she draws their number. She bakes their flesh into cupcakes while keeping their cutie mark, horns, and/or wings for herself to sew a dress out of the cutie marks and wings and a necklace out of the horns. She carries out the actions in the basement of Sugar Cube Corner, a basement covered in pony organs made to look like traditional party decorations, painted pony skulls, a sign made of flesh with the words "Life is a Party" drawn onto it in blood, and furniture made of the bones of her past victims.
Cupcakes[]
After Pinkie draws her friend Rainbow Dash's number, she invites Rainbow Dash over to Sugar Cube Corner. Once she arrives, Pinkie announces to Rainbow Dash that she will be helping her bake cupcakes. After Rainbow Dash reluctantly agrees, she eats a drugged cupcake fed to her by Pinkie who then takes her down to the basement and straps her to a rack made out of a series of planks. Pinkie announces that she will murder Rainbow Dash, bake her flesh into cupcakes, and sew her cutie mark and wings into a dress made of various cutie marks and wings. Pinkie reveals that she has previously murdered Rainbow Dash's friend, Gilda, a cruel and arrogant griffon, by showing off her skull. Pinkie had left the party she threw for Gilda and kidnapped her, and then after the party was over, Pinkie tortured her to death by stuffing a live parasprite down her throat, cutting off her tongue to punish Gilda for using bad language, and then baking her remains into cupcakes and eating her due to being curious how griffons taste like. Pinkie then cuts off Rainbow Dash's cutie marks with a scalpel to add into her dress later before sawing off her wings, making Rainbow Dash urinate and pass out. While Rainbow Dash passes out, she cuts a piece of Rainbow Dash's flesh from her one of her legs and begins to eat it.
Pinkie injects Rainbow Dash with adrenaline to numb her and awaken her. When Rainbow Dash wakes up, Pinkie angrily scolds Rainbow Dash and calls her rude and a baby before force-feeding Rainbow Dash's flesh to her. Pinkie then hammers heated nails into Rainbow's front left leg and hoof and electrocutes her, making her urinate and pass out once more. Pinkie numbs Rainbow one last time, making her wake, and begins to cut her open with a scalpel and removes all of her internal organs, making Rainbow finally die.
Pinkie then stuffs Rainbow Dash's mutilated corpse and decides to stuff all the corpses of her best friends when it came time to bake them into cupcakes.

Pinkamena is a light pink Earth pony with a curly hot pink mane and tail. In many depictions of her, she has a straight mane and tail. She has blue eyes and a yellow and blue balloons cutie mark. At one point in the story, she wears a dress made with the severed wings and cutie marks of her victims and a necklace made of the horns of her unicorn victims.
Personality[]
At first sight, she seems to look like a happy, cheerful, eccentric pony who loves selling baked goods in Ponyville at the Sugarcube Corner Bakery.
However, when she has put Rainbow Dash to sleep and locks her up, Pinkamena reveals herself to be very deceitful, sadistic, and violent pony who loves to torture and kill other ponies before baking their flesh into pastries to feed to her customers and making their horns into a necklace and their wings and cutie marks into a dress.

- Many versions of Pinkamena portray her as having straight hair, a trait the canon Pinkie Pie gets whenever she becomes sad. This was inspired by the canon season one episode, Party of One, which was released after Cupcakes was written.

- The events of the story are a recurring nightmare Apple Bloom has every night to the point where she loses her sanity and kills Pinkie Pie with a machete.

- After baking Rainbow Dash’s organs into cupcakes, Pinkie Pie serves them to the rest of the Mane Six and asks Twilight if she thinks the cupcakes "taste like rainbows."

- The story’s events were all a nightmare Rainbow Dash had after crashing into Poison Joke. The rest of the Mane Six attempt to give Rainbow a bubble bath to cure the effects of Poison Joke while she’s having the dream but have trouble with giving the bath because of Rainbow's frightened flailing due to the gruesome events of the nightmare.
- It has been two years after the events of the story, and Fluttershy is Pinkie's next victim. Fluttershy doesn’t get tortured to death due to her pet rabbit, Angel Bunny saving her, who gets killed by Pinkie. Fluttershy then kills Pinkie, and is discovered by Twilight Sparkle. The rest of the Mane Six then discover Pinkie’s murders.
- Twilight unknowingly saves Rainbow when Pinkie is about to cut her wings off, she tells Rainbow that Pinkie pitched a scary prank to warn that Nightmare Night is coming up.
- In the waking world, Rainbow Dash is returning from the Wonderbolts' performance in Cloudsdale, when she hears a scream from the Sugarcube Corner. She flies into the baker and discovers it was Pinkie screaming after just waking up from a nightmare that was about the events of the story. Rainbow Dash then comforts her by telling her that she isn’t a serial killer.
- It was all a recurring nightmare that Rainbow Dash has been having, but she doesn't remember the events of the dream until she sees Pinkie Pie and panics as she begins to remember. With the help of Princess Luna, Pinkie enters Rainbow's dream she has it the next night and saves Rainbow Dash from being tortured to death by Pinkamena. Rainbow and Pinkie discover the dream is being caused by an evil dream sprite, which Luna defeats and puts Pinkie and Rainbow Dash in a happy dream to spend time.
- Pinkie corrupts Apple Bloom, makes her into a serial killer just like her, and makes cupcakes out of Silver Spoon.
- She is very similar to Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, the protagonists of the horror musical and it’s 2007 film adaptation of the same name, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, as all three murder and bake the flesh of their victims into pastries. She is also very similar to Buffalo Bill, the main antagonist of the 1988 psychological horror novel and it’s 1991 film adaptation of the same name, The Silence of the Lambs, as both are serial killers who make clothing out of their victim's flesh and put insects in the throats of their victims.
- She is very similar to real-life serial killer, Ed Gein as Gein also made furniture out of dead remains.
- Many My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic horror fanfictions and creepypastas have been inspired by Cupcakes, such as Butterflies.
- The story has a fan-made sequel called "Muffins" featuring her sisters Limestone & Marble (or Blinkie & Inkie in the story) alongside a fan-made third sister named Minkie Pie.
- This version of Pinkamena cannot be considered as Pure Evil as the work she appears in is considered shock value due to lacking a plot.
