Plague Knight is a supporting antagonist of the plush YouTube channel LuigiFan00001. He is a loony alchemist knight and a member of the Order of No Quarter. He has plague minions, but the most notable of them all are the three Bird Nerds.
He is voiced by LuigiFan00001.
Role in the channel[]
Plague Knight is usually a minor character whenever he appears in a LuigiFan video.
However, while Plague usually does not have any major roles in the channel, he does have a major role in the Angry Birds Plush finale episode, The Final Flight where he is the secondary antagonist and one of Chef Piggy's henchmen. He claims that the Angry Birds and the Pigs have been spreading diseases which got them arrested. He also replaced King Pig as the ruler of the Pigs. After Mustachio defeated Chef Piggy, Plague Knight was defeated by the Birds before the island blew up. However, despite being defeated, Plague succeeded in blowing up the Birds’ island, but everyone managed to evacuate.
Appearance[]
Plague Knight is a green bird with black eyes and has two left feet. He wears a blue hood and a plague doctor design to him. He also wears blue shoes.
Personality[]
Plague Knight is an insane, but intelligent nerd who is able to concoct bombs and has a habit of calling other people "nerds". Plague also gets either bored or irritated easily, and he states that the item of his annoyance does not make sense when that happens.
He and his fellow Bird Nerds can be seen causing mischief and/or trolling his friends, whether it's to harm them or it's just for fun.
He is also skilled as using facts to his advantage as shown in The Final Flight where he points out that the Angry Birds and the Pigs have been spreading diseases which would turn the Plush Kingdom against them.
Despite being a villain, Plague Knight went to Chef Piggy's kitchen to save Tinker Knight from certain doom in a Cooking ala Chef Piggy episode and he is shown to be in love with Mona as the two are dancing together in the 2017 Valentine’s Day special, My Lethal Deadly Valentine, showing that Plague is not completely evil. In addition, he even said to one of his bird nerds that he and the Bird Nerds are not cannibals, proving that he is against one of the bird nerds' idea about serving the Angry Birds to Chef Piggy for food.
History[]
Before Plague Knight joined the Order of No Quarter, he was but a bird of science and alchemy, hoping to at least make it into an academy to advance more on his skills. However, he was kicked out of every single academy simply for being a bird, and that every academy he registered for was in fear of having mites. As a result, he lived his life in solitude alongside with his fellow minions, before eventually being recruited by Specter Knight to join the Order of No Quarter.
After the events of Shovel Knight and Plague of Shadows, he would eventually find love in a fellow alchemist named Mona, which the two got together. Despite this however, Plague Knight got word over the Angry Birds, and how they had received an immense amount of fame. It was not fair for him, as every academy kicked him out simply for being a bird, and the Angry Birds get their fair share of fame, forming jealousy over them throughout the years.
As Chef Piggy's "Customer"[]
Plague Knight intruded upon Chef Piggy's kitchen in the episode Princess Snivy's Tea. He did this to save Tinker Knight from certain doom whilst Arnold used him as a weapon against Chef Piggy. Battling Arnold, Plague Knight threw bombs and used his "Staff of Shoryuken" (known as the Staff of Surging) to attack Arnold and defeat him, eventually dragging Tinker Knight back home with him. This might be likely to how Chef Piggy knew about Plague Knight in the first place before he would hire him years later.
Trivia[]
- It's heavily implied in The Final Flight that Plague Knight is misanthropic against birdkind because he claims that all birds are evil and are harbingers of diseases and tainted the bird name despite being a bird himself, which the flock lampshades.
