Police Officer 3 (That is his real name) is an ancient demon and the brother of nrom. He is from the New Norm Fanon wiki and is the main antagonist of Chloe and Chaz. Prior to Chloe and Chaz he was a background character.
Biography[]
Overview[]
He is an ancient demon who came into existence when he was birthed by the first man. He and his brother both sort to achieve immortality and both got it. Due to how nrom needed to have his soul erased in order to permanently kill him, while Police Officer 3 was simply stabbed it is most likely that he and his brother achieved immortality in different ways.
He is a police officer. He has been part of numerous hateful groups not because he believes in the ideas but just because it allows him to be crueller. He raped and molested more than 50 children simply because he enjoys causing suffering. He is very sadistic, an example of this is how he named his batton Shelly after one of his victims. In his normal form he wears a police uniform. In his true form he has horns and a gold chain. His eyes glow red and the bottom part of his face becomes pure black, with a shiny evil grin being all that is visible.
His arch nemesis is Police Officer 2, it is unknown when this rivalry started. He is married to Lizzy Holmes though he hasn't spoken to her in several years.
Prior to the events of the show, he engaged himself within several infamous hate groups such as the Nazis, Ku Klux Klan, Confederate Army and more. He also murdered a humongous number of people.

He is briefly hinted towards as one of the people who raped Mika Haily.
The Old Norm[]
He can be seen drinking beer with other police officers in the bar which Norm and Rob go to.
Rage against the Wokes[]
Blorm mentions him as one of the people he has gotten for the anti-woke protest. He can later be seen rioting. At one point he can be seen throwing a bin.
The Battle[]
He can be seen in the battle fighting liberals. He managed to survive the battle and presumably walked out with numerous kills.
Norm goes to prison[]
He can be seen within the prison guarding it. He is also seen checking on the convicts when they're talking about escaping with Norm. This episode was his first appearance in the show.
Dark Future[]
He survived the radioactive fallout and joined up with the other police officers as part of the Normtown Protectors. He can be seen in their camp keeping an eye on Norm and Norm before letting them past the bridge. Due to the events of Dark Future being erased he never joined this group.
No way out[]
Binary Chaz briefly hints to him calling him 'Our leader'.
We all fall down[]
He reveals himself as the leader when Chloe and Chaz are captured. When alone with them he explains his history to them. It is here where it is revealed that he abused and tortured Evie in the past and that he was the one who murdered her parents. He then explains his plan of trapping Chloe in the closet and killing Chaz, seperating them so that Norm IV could never come into existence. Later he traps Chloe in the closet and betrays his followers killing Binary Chaz.
The Woke Conclusion[]
After Police Officer 2 frees Chloe he fights with everyone. Chaz, Chloe, and Police Officer 2 lock him in The Closet trapping him.
The New Norm Movie 3[]
While in the closet he is approached by nrom who saves him from there and the two escape. They run into Bud and the Fourth Guardians who try to slow them down and are blown up as a result. The two team up with the AORG to dominate the wider world. He battles Police Officer 2 but nrom kills officer 2 much to Police Officer 3's anger as now Police officer 2 will respawn somewhere else. Later, at the final battle, his signature weapon Shelly is broken by Evie and then Norm VI then comes from the future and stabs Police officer 3 through the chest multiple times before stabbing him through the neck and balls, finally bringing an end to this ancient evil.
Trivia[]
- He was on Diddy's list however, he was on duty during the party that happens in Norm Kills Diddy. When the Police got the list he altered it to remove his name.
- He appears to be on bad terms with his brother shown with their arguing and how he only teams up with him at the end.
- This is probably due to the fact that he is a rapist and paedophile.
- He is one of, probably the most, evil villain in The New Norm.
- He was only created to be a background character. He was only made evil when another wiki user added his paedophilic tendencies onto his page which resulted in him snowballing into a pure evil villain.
- His normal appearance is a stock image. His true form is the stock image altered in Microsoft paint.
