The unnamed Prisoner is the main antagonist of the Frenzy Frosty Show episode "The Eco-Explorers Expedition".
He is a prisoner who escaped from prison and was responsible for the pollution of the environment in Vancouver, Canada by dumping hazardous waster into the water. Unfortunately for him, despite his attempts of hiding from Jason and his friends, he is eventually caught and arrested by the police who take him back to jail.
He was voiced by TTS Brian.
Appearance[]
The Prisoner is a man with shaved brown hair and thick eyebrows. He also wears a prison uniform.
Personality[]
The Prisoner is a sneaky individual but he is shown to be not very intelligent as after polluting the environment with hazardous waste, he tried to hide behind a tree to get away, but said tree was too thin for him to be hidden entirely, leading to him being easily caught and arrested.
Biography[]
Sometime before the events of the video, the prisoner escaped from prison and was on the run from law enforcement until he reached Vancouver, Canada.
There, the prisoner overhears the conversation between Jason and his friends from nearby and learns that they are going to a waterfall. Seeing this as an opportunity to pollute the environment, he leaves to get some radioactive barrels and dump them into the water, causing it to become polluted.
His crime now accomplished, he hides behind a tree, but Jason, alerted by the situation, quickly catches him as he was able to see his head from behind the tree. Despite the prisoner's efforts of deterring him and his friends away from his hiding spot, Kelly called the police on him and he was subsequently arrested for harming the environment.

- It is unknown how the Prisoner was imprisoned the first time before he escaped prison, as it is never explained in the video itself.
