Now this was excellent. Without Finn McMissile.. who could stop us now?
~ Professor Zuko sadistically glad to presumably kill Finn McMissile

Professor Zuko is the secondary antagonist of the 2022 fanfilm Cars: Unlimited, the fourth movie of the Pixar fanverse.

He is the chaotic leader of The Lemons, but he takes orders from Milo Watson and aids him in his plans while manipulating his minions to achieve his own goals. He is also the arch-nemesis of Finn McMissile and his agents.

He is portrayed by Daniel Brühl.

History[]

Professor Zuko is the leader of The Lemons and the long-time arch-nemesis of Finn McMissile. He had to commanders working under his service; Lieutenant Acer and Admiral Grem.

During the start of the movie, he is seen chatting with Acer and Grem, who introduce him to the new weapon which Milo has wanted them to use. It happens to be a camera like weapon of mass destruction, which could destroy cars in a very painful way and literally suck out their oil and other components.

Finn sends his helicopter assistant Heli to spy after Zuko, but Acer eventually sees Heli and shoots at him a missile, killing him. He also orders the Lemons to chase after Finn and make sure he's dead. Finn then flies with his jetpack over the water to escape from Zuko and his henchmen, and one of the ships go after him, seemingly destroying him for good. In actual, Finn faked his death and returned to the mainlands.

Zuko then abducts Rod Torque Redline, who also works with Finn McMissile and Holy Shiftwell. Milo falsley claimed that he was also abducted and that he has escaped, in order to avoid suspicion.

Rod however is seen inside his torture chamber, and Zuko orders Acer to load the weapon on a rate of 35 percent lethal. He explained that this rate could kill a car within one hour, although not in the most painful and horrific way. Acer and Grem have then asked Rod questions about who talked to Holy in the Grand Prix about The Lemons. Eventually, Zuko realizes that Mater Towers is the one whom she talked to. Despite knowing that it was Mater and receiving the information he needed, Zuko ordered the camera weapon to be on a full rate. Thereafter, Rod exploded, and died in a very horrific way.

Zuko later on invited all of The Lemons to see Milo Watson speaking to them as a hologram avatar called The Voice of Freedom. While watching their shadow benefactor and de-facto supreme leader talking, Mater disguised himself as Henry Eivan and entered the museum room with his "partner" Yuri Von Pacer.

Milo revealed to The Lemons that he and Zuko are planning to gain more power, money and dominance as heroic figures while destroying and committing a homicidal attack on all racers, except for McQueen and Chick Hicks.

Zuko was then seen ordered directly by Watson to terminate McQueen before the race ends, and it's shown that he would even kill Chick after the race. Mater out of anger and caring for McQueen as a friend tries to stop Zuko, but his disguise as Henry is foiled and as his true identity is shown to The Lemons, Zuko personally hands him over to Acer and Grem, as he assigned the two thugs an order to torture him painfully and then kill him after he sees the death of his friend.

Zuko is then nearby the river as he feels that he has the upper hand and he prepares himself for activating a bomb meant for destruction with his own switch.

However, as his ship came to help him wreak some havoc, it was revealed that Finn was inside the ship, and that he planted a bomb inside of the ship's brain terminal. The ship then sunk before it was going to explode, and Finn jumped onto Zuko and stayed ontop of his head. Zuko tried to brush him off so he would drown in the river, but luckily, Finn jumped high in the air, and Zuko tried to jump as well and catch him, but he instead fell into the river and sunk. Zuko reached the bottom of the river, and saw the ship as he got frightened. The ship exploded and Zuko was finally destroyed.

Personality[]

He is intelligent, as he ordered the development of a weapon and he quickly knew about Mater without even receiving about him lots of information.

He is the brilliant kind of a tyrant, as he is ruthless, calculating, sadistic, cunning, cruel, wrathful, and merciless for being a scientist. He would do anything to prove that he is better than the non-Lemon cars as they have laughed at him all the time, but this was no excuse for him remorselessly killing all of the racers except McQueen and Chick Hicks.

Zuko enjoys his duty and he has no qualms of torturing agents who oppose him and The Lemons, or even destroying the Grand Prix totally. Infact, Milo Watson only organized the race as a trap for many car citizens.

Trivia[]

  • Despite working directly for Watson, he was still the central antagonist and The Heavy of the fanfilm. He had more influence over the storyline and he was revealed to be a direct threat since the first moment of the movie. Milo had more screentime and influence than his counterpart from the official film, but he still wasn't a match for Zuko.
    • Also, Zuko was more iconic than Milo Watson.
  • He is based on Professor Zundapp. However, his name is based on Fire Prince Zuko who was the central antagonist turned deuteragonist of the Avatar franchise.
