Prototype Dipsy is the second earliest model of the Dipsy Tubbybot. He is one of the main antagonists of Five Nights at Tubbyland 3: The End Game.

Biography[]

After TubbyLand Entertainment rejected The Original, a new Dipsy model was created along with the other prototypes. However, he too was scrapped and replaced, left in the warehouse with the rest of the old models.

Prototype Dipsy first activates in the Wreckage Closet, before moving to the Parts Hall. From there, he'll either go to the Main Hallway before appearing in the Office's front doorway, or to the Ventilation Hall before appearing in the vent above the Office. He must be fended off by closing the door if he's in the doorway, or turning the heater on if he's in the vent. He doesn't give much time to react, so the player must be quick to avoid him attacking.

Appearance[]

Prototype Dipsy is an old and heavily damaged green Tubbybot. He has holes all over his costume, with a big tear on his stomach. The costuming for both of his feet and his lower left leg are gone, and he is missing his bottom jaw. Both arms have been torn off, with the right only having its upper half left and the left being gone completely. Wires hang out of both arm stumps.

He was originally supposed to have an active state as well as a dormant one in the Wreckage Closet, but due to a coding error, the former does not appear in-game.
His jumpscare scream is a heavily edited alarm sound.
He and Old Po share a page in the instruction manual, and are the only two characters to do so.
Like Prototype Laa-Laa, his jumpscare animation in the game's demo is completely different from his current one. This is because Clicky Code didn't like his demo jumpscare.
