You... filthy mongrel... h-how... dare you...I... won't be... humiliated... like this!! I... I... I want... I want to... I WANT TO EXIST!!!!!
~ Prototype J 1's villainous breakdown when fighting N.

Prototype J #1 is a secondary antagonist of the fan webcomic Murder Drones: N'raged.

He is a defective recreation of Serial Designation J made by the Absolute Solver to slaughter all humans but was put under confinement once the Solver's host, Cyn, regained more control over her body and realized he wasn't like the J she knew. Eventually he would be reactivated alongside Prototype J #2 in Copper 9 to find the landing pod's keys alongside the original J until he comes across a grief-stricken N.

Personality[]

Prototype J #1 is extremely arrogant and haughty, mostly due to being a defective recration of the original J and being put into confinement because of this, never missing a chance to demean her and show off his skills. He refers to anyone he deems inferior as mongrels and shows a sadistic and psychotic personality typical of Disassembly Drones when killing one of Cyn's husks. The use of religious motifs in some of his lines also imply some fanaticsm.

Biography[]

Before Murder Drones: N'raged[]

Following the gala massacre at the Elliot Manor the Absolute Solver, due to Cyn's influence, began focusing into rebuilding her family as disassembly drones starting with J. Because the Solver never had a connection with J nor understood her character, it kept stuggling to build her until the first protype was created as a male type frame with a copy of her memory file and along with many others of his kind slaughtered humans across the Earth and possibly other colonized exoplanets. However, once Cyn regained more control over her body, she noticed that he wasn't like the J she knew and quickly put him into stasis alongside prototype 2, leaving him with envy of the original J.

Episode 1: Shifting Choices[]

Prototype J #1 and #2 are put out of stasis by Cyn to fin the keys of the landing pod that the original J had lost.

The Js are seen fying through the sky of Copper 9 when Prototype #2 asks why are they looking for the keys. Prototype #1 then recounts the report J sent to Cyn that she had lost the keys down a pit after being hit by a bus and flew away scared by a handful of workers and their "little toys", all while haughtly demeaning her. Prototype #2 thus asks why they need the landing pod when suddenly the planet beings to tremble and Prototype #1 pulls her and J out of the way of an incoming geyser. He then explains that the planet is being devouredand that Cyn's geysers have started to open. Dissassembly Drone-like creatures begin to emerge from the geysers and when Protoype #2 asks what they are, the male J explains that those are Cyn's "leftovers" which he likes to refer to as "Husks", empty drone frames puppetted by extensions of Cyn, being nothing more than mindless beasts without personality or individual though that only know the objective to consume. He proceeds to gloat how he will enjoy watching them devouring the worker drones but gets slapped mid-sentence by J who yells that she didn't need his help when suddenly one of the Husks attack her. Prototype #1 then lands and explains that the Husks can grow out of control if left unchecked by Cyn's grasp and that when this happens, it is best to silence them. he pulls out his spear reaadly for combat, dodges the Husk's attack with style and slices it in half. J then calls him to go find the keys as soon as possible before the sun rises.

Trivia[]

His design was inspired by an official concept are of J that is also male.
