Like the other prototypes and The Original, P. Tinky Winky was created as an early model for Tubbyland Entertainment that went unused by the company for being "too ugly", being stored in an old warehouse with the others.
Tinky doesn't appear on the cameras, instead residing in a hole in the floor in the player's office. If the player leaves the heater on for too long, his heat-detecting sensors will activate, causing Tinky to climb out of the hole in three phases, believing there is a fire. If he climbs out completely, he'll attack the player, leading to a game over.

Prototype Tinky Winky is a heavily damaged version of the character from the Teletubbies. His suit is dirty and covered in tears and holes, and the casing on his upper-right arm and upper left leg are missing. He is also missing most of his mask, with only the lower jaw left and his endo head completely exposed, and his left hand has been torn off, leaving only a metal stump.

He is the only Prototype to not be hallucinated during Night X.
His jumpscare sound is a heavily edited woman's scream.
He and The Original both have their pages in the instruction manual classified for reasons unknown.
