Francis, also referred to as Boogie and better known as Psycho Boogie, is the titular main antagonist of the 2019 YouTube Poop YTP Halloween Special: Idiots & Pyscho Boogie and it's 2023 sequel YTP Christmas Special: Psycho Boogie Returns!, both were made by RobotnikZentric.
He is a deranged, short-fused, extroverted man-child for a YouTuber who lives in Arkansas and has a tendency to force people into staying with him, forcing them to have fun with him as a obsession of his, and is often lashing his anger onto others out of pure rage and intolerance to their refusal with playing games with him, as well as acting dictatorial over Jesse or his friends.
He is also an direct parody of Boogie from McJuggerNuggets's "The Boogie Series" mini saga (as well as a parody of Francis from boogie2988). He was portrayed (through archived recordings) by Steven Jay Williams.
Biography[]
YTP Halloween Special: Idiots & Pyscho Boogie[]
Psycho Boogie is a fan of Jesse that wants everyone have a fun time playing video games with him at his place, to the point of inviting over Patrick Star, Homer Simpson, SpongeBob and even Meat from Shnookums & Meat to play with him (who all fear him whenever Boogie shouts at them).
This hangover was taken too far when Boogie becomes obsessed with Jesse and being aggressively violent towards anyone, he even wipes out half of the earth with his bare hands upon summoning the globe of Earth in front of him! He becomes very tyrannical and bipolar when he imposes Jesse and Parker to play video games with him all while abusing his power onto them, even if it means Boogie can physically hit a dog Meat and violently slam a bat onto a starfish's head.
While he plays VR games, he fell asleep after Jesse and Parker tried making him consume sleeping medicine with Mountain Dew in it in order for them to escape from the entrance; however, Boogie somehow wakes up, teleports, grabs Jesse, spins him around and throws him violently into a hallway, becoming very intimidating and cataclysmic.
When Boogie tried physically abusing Jesse by swinging a bat onto his legs, by the time Boogie's back got stuck, Jesse escaped and went into Boogie's attic to escape his house magically, which sent Jesse into a car that allowed them to go to an airport.
YTP Christmas Special: Psycho Boogie Returns![]
He is first seen frustrated in the fact Jesse managed to escape his house in the previous episode, in a tub by himself and yelling for Jesse to come back, and makes a mess of himself in the tub. Which has him lamenting a little while getting his dog, Sammy, to comfort him.
Flash over to 2023, he calls Jesse, tried going convincing Jesse that he's a different person (which comedically makes Jesse point out that he knows it's him on the phone and how Boogie fooled nobody) and he tries getting him to join a "event" of his, and begins making a tangent to ramble about him wanting Jesse to relax from work, this makes Jesse ready to hang up on him for his rambling.
Predictably, this makes Boogie mad at Jesse for hanging up on him and he wants Jesse to be with him, he grabs a mirror and tries snapping his fingers to create a path for him to meet up with Jesse, this sends him to a empty room with scribbles of the word "psychopath" and "being a psychopath" written all over the walls.
Upon seeing this, he thinks the room is fitting and having a sense of professionalism, and he grabs a chair for him to sit down, he introduces himself to the audience by his real name Francis and tells the audience how he thinks Boogie isn't doing so good, which got him violent enough to destroy a random item for absolutely no reason. He then reads a magazine that explodes once he threw it across the room, tells someone to shut up, is shown to be bantering with a floating Bill Cosby head, goes on a tirade about Sylvester Stallone's quote, and he then acts dissociative by telling himself that he has a plan for Christmas and he doesn't trust himself since he's fully aware of "Francis" being a full-on sociopath and a psychopath (as well as roasting himself by saying he's the reason for why "she" left), and then he tells himself that he was the reason "she" was with him to begin with, this makes "Boogie" wanting to know what "Francis'" plan was and he allowed his crazier side to take control of the plan he had, a hidden item in a bag saved for later, lashes his anger at a object who he thought was berating him, and he tells us the audience about his reappearance and asking his viewers if he wants everyone to go crazy, and says he will do so while providing some evil laughter.
When Jesse and Swift find a random blue tent on the driveway of Jesse's home, they go find to see if it's their friend Lance there and it's hard to specify who's in the tent because of the rambling and random changes of volume, which eventually becomes obvious after the ramblings include "locking him in the attic" and the unhinged laughter emanating from the tent, it's then revealed that Boogie was camping on Jesse's driveway for wanting a graphic novel that Jesse had launched.
Jesse tries to tell Boogie that all of the books are shipped, and Boogie demands Jesse to get a signed copy from him, was willing to prove his devotion to Jesse by harassing a UPS man with a guitar to make his point and was wanting to remain loyal to Jesse despite the latter wanting him off the driveway. He willingly stays on the driveway and was attempting to wait there until it turned Christmas.
When Jesse and Swift left him outside, Boogie trespasses the gate by going up to Jesse's window to ask him for the book, after a brief music sequence of the Prince's song "Housequake" plays, Jesse was willing to see what Boogie is doing after he trespassed Jesse's gate, which got Jesse's dad to join in and defend the home from Boogie invading them. Jesse's dad being paranoid and protective enough to stand up to Boogie, he carries a bat for Boogie to know that Jesse's dad wants him off the property. However, Boogie acts weirdly friendly of Jesse's (one point praising Jesse's dad as a actor who seems "hot" to Boogie; which got Jesse's dad to get hostile), and Boogie not realizing he wasn't joking and Jesse warning Boogie that Jesse's dad was going to hurt him if he didn't listen, Boogie gets whacked by Jesse's dad and Boogie expressed genuine fear of Jesse's dad and left the property once Jesse told him to do so.
A few weeks later on Christmas Eve, it's revealed that Boogie has been stalking Jesse and Swift, and hid in a kitchen as a "chef" who kidnapped and tied up a lady to be left in a cabinet. Once Jesse freed the woman who was trapped and she ran outside by impulse, Boogie gets enraged enough to follow her and appears to have shoot her off-screen.
When Jesse is worried enough to see how they have no phone reception and Jesse was going to open a knob that'd let them free, Jesse holding on the knob had magically lured Jesse into a basement room with Boogie teleporting there as well, which has Boogie holding a gun, reference Bugs Bunny's catchphrase and hold Jesse hostage. This allowed Boogie to get the graphic novel he wanted since the beginning of the video, despite Boogie getting what he wanted, Swift tries running upstairs and Boogie snapped his fingers to teleport them all back in the cabin. Jesse trying to run away resulted in Boogie forcing him and Swift to be stuck at a dinner table.
Once Jesse and Swift are left traumatized and afraid of Boogie while Jesse tries reassuring Swift that they'll get through Boogie's sadism, suddenly Boogie then serves them two cook pieces of "steak", which are two bits of the remains from the woman he had just murdered, Boogie then forces the both of them to eat and swallow what Boogie cooked for them. Swift eventually gets irritable enough to attack Boogie, which allowed Jesse to run and call Swift to join him, this got Boogie following them and chooses to attack Swift by calling him "the fat one", and Boogie throws Swift in the giant boiling pool of water to cook Swift in boiling water, which has Boogie manically laughing about Swift being in boiling water.
When Boogie yelled for Jesse to come back, this made Jesse run outside and call for help, then Boogie follows Jesse and sees if he tried to escape again in the wilderness, Boogie also asks if Jesse wanted to join Swift and the lady in a "hot tub", which Jesse refuses to believe since he knows Boogie was a monster who threw them in a boiling pool that cooks them.
This then made Boogie share to Jesse for why he's been doing any of the stuff he did like killing people and cooking people in a cabin: he figured out that he wanted Jesse to be with him and stay with him despite knowing Jesse would run away with him every time he'd invite him over, he then shares how he was going to eat Jesse so he could never escape from Boogie once Jesse is inside of Boogie, and Boogie also knows that Jesse didn't want to be with him at all.
Boogie acting homicidal had warranted the attention of the sniper of Branch Eurekas to jump in the scene to see why Jesse has been acting helpless, this made Jesse confirm Boogie and tell the sniper that Boogie has gone insane and was trying to kill Jesse, Boogie fails at trying to smooth-talk the sniper once Jesse interrupts Boogie and tells the sniper that Boogie has been killing and eating people in the cabin. The sniper then shares how he has been reported of people going missing in Branch Eurekas and asked Boogie if he was "The Butcher" who has been kidnapping and murdering people while pointing the rifle at Boogie, this made Boogie get deceitful once he was caught by asking what is a butcher even is and calmly asked the sniper if he actually thought Boogie would eat Jesse, this made Jesse tell the sniper to not fall for his lies and Boogie called Jesse a "backstabber" for being honest to the sniper, which made the sniper ready to shoot him once Boogie started taunting him to try fighting him, predictably, Boogie gets shot and sent to the hospital for the night.
Once it turned Christmas, he is seen sleeping in the dark and eventually David, his roommate, happens to be visiting him while wearing a Santa Claus outfit and checking to see if he's doing okay, this made Boogie get snappy overall, he thought David didn't want to celebrate and was basically complaining about how the truth is that he doesn't feel okay, complains about how David "doesn't want to celebrate Christmas with him" and wants to sleep through the whole Christmas season, while Boogie was whining, this got David to calmly ask Boogie if he settled up the decorations around the living room, this made Boogie ask David what is he talking about and thinks there were no decorations once David hints this, that made Boogie exclaim how he doesn't care and doesn't believe him, this was until David left him guessing and threw two small decorations at him to convince him, this makes Boogie motivated to walk to the living room.
This makes Boogie impressed at the decorations and wondered who did all of this and thought David did it, David acts mysterious and hints in Santa doing it, which makes Boogie say that he would've ate the milk and cookies if he came, which makes David tell Boogie that Santa might've left that for him. This makes Boogie share how he knows David is "pretty gay" and shows genuine respect to David for arranging the whole event for him, this makes Boogie try the cookies that are revealed to be salted (which made David make a "that's what she said" joke) and David gets amused at every prank Boogie fell for, like drinking soy milk before spitting it back out, a bag of apples and oranges (which David gave to advise him with healthier choices of consumption value and Boogie acts childish by taking a bite and spitting it out before throwing the orange at David), a explosive bag that Boogie survives unscathed (which was just trash from the Christmas party David went to before Christmas and Boogie calls him a asshole for saying that he celebrated Christmas a day ago without him), a bag of toilet paper and a toilet lid (which David gives because of Boogie breaking the last toilet seat with his ass; which made Boogie angered at the fact David made fat jokes at Boogie's expense) and a bag of actual garbage for Boogie eating like trash, which made Boogie throw the bag at David.
Boogie then calls David "actual garbage" to demean him and berate him, then David tells and shows Boogie what drove David to being a prankster by demonstrating him throwing a Yoda plushie at him and taking down the tree, David called him a piece of shit for how much he yells and causes trouble, all while Boogie taunts David. This then made Boogie say he doesn't care and then asking David why did he prank him, this makes David tell Boogie how he acts unruly all the time, every single day of his life was dealing with Boogie on a daily basis and to show him what it's like to be treated like garbage. Surprisingly, this makes Boogie become sympathetic of David being in a unhealthy environment, and he understands how much of a shitty person he's been. Once Boogie asks David if he wanted to teach a lesson to Boogie, and David then shares it was done to make him feel sorry for every horrible thing he has ever done.
This cuts to a montage of him brutally whacking David with a bat on Halloween, throwing explosive boxes at a disabled fat guy, using his sword to murder Tinkerbell, yell at David to go to bed, throw turkey at him on Thanksgiving (as well as flipping over the table), violently taking down a tree, throw objects at David's friends while insulting his friends during a Christmas party, he then charged into someone violently, begins vandalizing his own TV for no good reason and then reveals his worst crime: destroying half of the world with his bare hands (which is actually footage taken from the previous video).
This makes Boogie agree with David and apologizes for any of the crimes he's committed, David wants him to be serious and show through his actions that he is actually sorry for any crime he has ever did. He then says how he shouldn't be doing this but does so since Christmas is about forgiveness and says how it's not about teaching "shit lessons like a sad ass", he then goes in his room to get a gift for David, a Nintendo Switch he may have stolen from craigslist and he pre-downloaded Smash Brothers on the switch, he then teases David for how he inserted the switch before apologizing to David for being a "asshole" during the year, he then walks to David and shares how YouTube wasn't the way it used to be and how toxic people can be online and Boogie taking his anger on David for that reason alone, he shares how he didn't mean to and shares that he's sorry for all of the serious trouble he's caused.
When David asked if he's truly sorry for his misdeeds, Boogie shares how he doesn't know if he can fully change since what he did is what he feels like it has defined him today and better yet, he makes a promise to do better as a person. David accepts this as a fact and hugs Boogie, then Boogie asks David if he should say "Merry Christmas" even though David is jewish, David says he prefers "Happy Holidays" and Boogie still said "Merry Christmas" and affectionately refer to him as a 'soy boy' while the two pat each others' backs.
Once David says how he and him will clean up the mess they have in the living room, Boogie shares how therapeutic and fun it felt to get all of the anger out of him (which David said it felt good overall). Boogie even shared how David should get angry since it's more fun than being a "soy boy" and a "everyone's gotta get along" type of person, where Boogie outright admits he finds breaking stuff to be fun just because it's only stuff and he now realizes that people actually matter, which David says yes to.
Upon making a ball of paper crumble, he tells David to turn off the camera like he did in the previous video in a more gentle and somber tone as opposed to being irritable in the first video, which cuts before the ending credits begin.
Personality[]
He is self-serving, short-tempered, psychotic, ballistic, spastic, a raving lunatic with a lisp and an absolute control freak who acts tyrannical and sadistic most of the time, often exercising his enjoyment in breaking stuff, getting angry and getting violent with anyone.
He is also quite delirious, egotistical, petty and outright delusional because of how depraved and twisted he is. He has a thrill for controlling others and making people do what he finds "fun", which goes to the point of being sociopathic and delusional in how joyous and temperamental he is (and somehow, he happens to be fully aware of being a sociopath and having some possible psychopathic traits to him, and sometimes tries to be cunning to lure people into his lair, when his plans fail, he will stalk and harass Jesse to no avail unless he crosses boundaries to control Jesse).
Many of his actions were all done because of having a serious fondness for being unruly and obsessing over Jesse himself, which means he has serious anger issues, wants to find the fun in anything (even in the crimes he commits), and he is also depicted as a villainous man-child who has provided several comedic and hammy moments that often detracts his heinousness, it's not helping that he also happens to be quite mischievous and has a flippant sense of humor. Regardless if his actions were either done for comedy value or for dramatic purposes, he is depicted as domineering and a nuisance.
He is first introduced as a criminally insane man that often yells an awful lot, rambles to himself one time, is completely callous towards Patrick Star and the cartoon dog Meat, and acts domineering towards Jesse and Parker. However, his second appearance gives him remarkable moments of him becoming much more psychotic and having a dissociative split personality between "Boogie" and "Francis", as well as showing bizarre devotion to Jesse (to the point that in 2023 he hasn't learned a thing for all those 4 years and started stalking Jesse by camping on his driveway), finding Jesse's dad to be hot (as well as showing cowardice when Jesse's dad was actually hostile towards Boogie for trespassing his gate), showed a strong dislike for pranks aimed at him, shows true hatred for "fat jokes" in themselves, and showing a unsettling fondness for butchering people as a secret murderous hobby of his, which he did just to have Jesse to himself.
He was also given a lot more backstory in his second appearance, according to his roommate David, Boogie appears to be even more of a violent and ruthless person in the past than he was first seen (which was showcased before he blew up half of the Earth with his bare hands, which he still did since he founded it fun to do).
And better yet, despite being very laughable and getting karma for all of his wrath, scheming and sadism, Boogie getting reprimanded by David is what caused Boogie to redeem himself as a villain despite being quick-tempered and a brasivej erk. This is the first time we ever see Boogie sympathize with someone he has tortured for 5 years, and he admits to enjoying breaking stuff and getting angry over anything but is willing to improve himself as a person and sees the value in humanity thanks to David humanizing him.

YTP Halloween Special: Idiots & Pyscho Boogie[]
- He held Jesse and Parker captive in his own house, and violently forced the both of them to play video games with him.
- He crossed the Moral Event Horizon by summoning a globe of Earth to clap it with his bare hands, and he managed to actually destroy half of the world itself, which he did just because he finds it "fun".
- He obsessed over Jesse so much, he forced Jesse to play games with him or he'll kill Jesse with a giant flamethrower Boogie had summoned with a note on it; telling him to play games with him or he'll die.
- He consistently threatens Jesse and Parker to abide by his rules while lashing his anger and fury at them. One example of this includes Boogie keeping a can of fish oil in his double-layered back and telling Jesse that he was gonna eat Jesse's heart with the fish oil if he doesn't follow Boogie's rules.
- He commands Parker to get him and Jesse controllers, as well as turning on the TV, by yelling at him and insulting him as well.
- Before and after he is playing Smash Brothers with Jesse, he is frequently seen assaulting two animals and committing animal abuse towards Patrick Star and Meat the Dog themselves, for his own amusement. This includes a bowling ball he summoned to throw at Patrick and brutally whacking Meat in the face with a metallic bat.
- He physically assaulted Jesse by going off-screen to teleport in front of him, grabbing him, spinning him around, throws him back in a hallway, and visibly begins whacking him with a metal bat when Jesse tried escaping from Boogie's house when the latter nearly fell asleep from playing VR games and drinking Mountain Dew with sleeping medicine in it.

YTP Christmas Special: Psycho Boogie Returns![]
- He was plotting to lock Jesse in the attic, break his legs and eat him before Jesse and Swift had approached him rambling about his plots.
- He camped on Jesse's driveway without permission to stalk Jesse, demand for a graphic novel signed by Jesse as a Christmas gift from Jesse and eventually trespassed through Jesse's gate to request this and pester him for it.
- He assaulted and harassed a UPS man with a guitar, just to impress Jesse.
- He has been stalking Jesse and Swift for a few weeks in some cabin they were in and acts as a "chef" who kept a kitchen to himself.
- He crosses another Moral Event Horizon by kidnapping a woman, tying her up and hiding her in a cabinet from the restroom. The lady herself was driven insane because of Boogie keeping her locked in a restroom, and when she escaped once Jesse had freed her, Boogie is heard shooting her off-screen and later appears to have turned her into steak to serve as dinner to Jesse and Swift.
- He got Jesse to hold a door knob that teleports him into a basement with Boogie, which then has Boogie holding a gun at Jesse, popping out of the empty room he was in and Boogie coercing Jesse into getting the signed graphic novel he wanted for Christmas.
- Despite getting the novel he wanted, he summoned a portal to force Jesse and Swift to be stuck in the cabin they were all just in, and he violently forced Jesse and Swift to have dinner with him at a dinner table. Which left Swift traumatized.
- He forces Jesse and Swift at the dinner table to eat two cooked remains of the woman he had just murdered, and forces them to swallow it.
- He pushes Swift into a giant boiling pool to cook him like he did with the woman Boogie had tied up earlier.
- He attempted murdering Jesse and eating him in the woods so he couldn't escape from Boogie after the two times Jesse had run away from him.
- He crosses another Moral Event Horizon when he was revealed to be "The Butcher" of the wilderness Branch Eurekas, where it was rumored that several people went missing and was confirmed to be the perpetrator of enforced mass cannibalism.
- He attempted gaslighting to the Branch Eurekas Sniper of Boogie himself being innocent, which backfires and he also yelled at Jesse, calling him a "backstabber" once he had escaped from Boogie thanks to the sniper, and despite this, he taunts the sniper to fight him.
- According to his roommate David, Boogie once tried turning on the fireplace to attempt burning his own house down.
- He brutally threw a bag of trash that David pranked Boogie with in his face, which he did to spite David for even pranking him.

Powers and Abilities[]
Despite being a mostly parodic incarnation of Boogie from McJuggerNuggets, he has some abilities that are worth noting.
- Durability: By human standards, he's practically immortal despite feeling pain. He survived being hit in the head by a baseball bat, a metallic bat and couldn't be killed by stuff like an explosive video game controller, getting shot by a rifle or getting an explosive thrown at his face.
- Teleportation: Boogie first shows this when he gets awakened from his sleep, he catches Jesse off-screen (who he calls Psycho Kid) to grab him and throw him into a hallway on command. In the second video, he could snap his fingers to teleport anywhere or even create portals and traps that rely on teleportation.
- Sorcery: Of the random type, he can summon an interactive globe of the Earth as he pleases (which he summoned to clear half of the planet of Earth with his bare hands mind you). He also summons a bowling ball to throw at Patrick Star, and pulls out explosive medicine he calls "Fish Oil" from his double-layered back to threaten Jesse with eating his heart out if he doesn't obey Boogie himself.

- He is meant to be a more comical and exaggerated version of Boogie, since the creator of the videos, RobotnikZentric, had borrowed several clips from McJuggerNuggets' The Boogie Series (and some from boogie2988), to add humorous and over-the-top edits in order to make Boogie's personality much more comedic as a villain than in the original portrayals. This was also done to show what it'd look like if Boogie himself was depicted in a wacky and cartoonish manner, as well as more in a villainous manner than the original.
- The first video includes clips taken from McJuggerNuggets such as "HELD HOSTAGE BY AN OBSESSED FAN!", "TRAPPED IN THE ATTIC BY AN OBSESSED FAN!", "BREAKING OUT OF BOOGIE'S!", "Uncle Chris Chases Jesse" and "Psycho Brother's Frozen Lockout". Which were all aptly exaggerated into something mostly lighthearted in tone as a result.
- However, the second video includes more clips taken from several McJuggerNuggets videos like BOOGIE2988'S BATHTIME FREAKOUT!, WEEKEND AT BOOGIE'S!?, BOOGIE2988 IS CAMPING OUTSIDE MCJUGGERNUGGETS HOUSE!, BOOGIE2988 MEETS PSYCHO DAD!, boogie2988 is a psychopath., BOOGIE2988 TRIES TO EAT MCJUGGERNUGGETS!. To top it off, there were also other videos borrowed from boogie2988 as well such as the BOOGIE2988/FRANCIS LOSES HIS MIND! video (which is meant to be related to the McJuggerNuggets trilogy), and other videos like Fat Guy Destroys Xbox, CHRISTMAS NINTENDO RAGE!!! WRONG AMIIBO :(, FRANCIS RAGES AT MARIO MAKER, Francis's FORBIDS Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving Table Flip and Blowout!, Francis Vs David! Halloween 2018!!!!, Francis CANCELS CHRISTMAS!!!!, Francis "Plays" Elden Ring - FRANCIS RAGE! and FRANCIS DESTROYS CHRISTMAS!. Not to mention that the evil laughter displayed in the YTP's opening sequence is taken from two videos, TRAPPED IN THE ATTIC BY AN OBSESSED FAN! and BOOGIE2988'S BATHTIME FREAKOUT!, and lastly, the moment he got whacked by a bat Jesse's dad held onto, the sound bite of Boogie yelling the word "Ow" is taken from the video FRANCIS COOKS THANKSGIVING DINNER. All of which were aptly exaggerated into something rather surreal and comedic in tone, especially compared to the first video.
- It might be somewhat debatable that the young woman Boogie had tied up and kept imprisoned before murdering her and turning her into a steak dinner later at a cabin, might have been his girlfriend or a lover of his. This is only evidenced by the beginning of the video "YTP Christmas Special: Psycho Boogie Returns!" where Boogie was talking to himself like a madman in a empty room about how he was the reason "she" left and the reason she was with him to begin with, and later in the video, a nameless woman that was kept hidden in a cabinet and seen wanting to leave the cabin Boogie had trapped her due to Jesse freeing her and the lady herself being driven insane because of Boogie, but this being a fact remains a mystery.
