Dell Conagher more commonly known as the RED Engineer, is the final boss and the main antagonist of the 2023 TF2 Horror Fangame, Capture The Intelligence.
He is voiced by Grant Goodeve.
Biography[]
Past[]
The Engineer is offered a Ghostly Gibbus by the BLU Spy. But Engie is not impressed by it so the Spy leaves. Then sees and Walks up to Heavy and Medic. Later at his Home the Engineer is watching TV and then gets his shotgun and follows Medic and sees the RED Intelligence however before Medic can pick it up, Engineer Hits him over the head with the gun killing him and picks it up for himself Then Heavy Shot him in the back killing him. However The Intelligence sparks and Engineer's hand twitches and then much to Heavy's shock Engie floats in the air briefly before killing Heavy.
Capture The Intelligence[]
The RED Engineer is in the fifth and final Level of the main game. He teleports when the BLU Spy shuts down a server. He also appear in Tower Mode in a less major role. It is currently unknown if he made the other RED Mercs become the monsters that the BLU Spy encounters.
Appearance[]
As expected the RED Engineer is identical to his Canon Counterpart in life. In death he is a horrifying sight with his face able to flex and mutate in a rather gruesome fashion. With quite a disturbing way of moving around only made more unsettling by his teleportation abilities.
Personality[]
This incarnation of the Engineer is shown as a blood thirsty monster. He seems to be by far the most aggressive of the RED Mercs and the most malicious of them as well. In life he was also not a friendly man much in contrast to his inspiration. He did not seem to have any quarrels with killing his own teammates.

Trivia[]
- Him being the final enemy (and main antagonist) in the game's storyline may be a reference to Spies and Engineers being natural enemies in Team Fortress 2.
- Him teleporting after a server is shut down can allude to how an Engineer reacts to a Spy sapping their buildings.
- Him being heavily associated with the intelligence references the popular Engineer tactic of intelligence-camping.
