Mario (also known as Racist Mario) is the titular main villainous protagonist of the 2014 animated YouTube video, Racist Mario. In the video, he has grown sick of non-Nintendo characters appearing in Mario Kart, and tries to murder them (and eventually other Nintendo characters) out of irrational hatred comparable to racism.
He was voiced by Alex Walker Smith.
Biography[]
During a Mario Kart race, Mario becomes angry about non-Nintendo characters being included in the race and as a result, he decides to brutally murder almost everyone involved in the tournament. He starts off by killing Knuckles and then he kills Anakin Skywalker, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Sackboy and Sonic.
He even tries to kill his own brother, Luigi. As Mario is preparing to kill Luigi, Luigi tries to reason with him and said that they are brothers, but Mario claims that he does not have a brother and then he tries to kill Luigi with a fireball, but he fails because Luigi is promptly killed by Kratos instead of Mario. After Kratos arrives and mentions Mario’s name, Mario becomes so enraged that he flips off Kratos and as a result is pursued in a death-race style fight by the demigod.
It is implied that Mario most likely killed Crash Bandicoot since he pulls out his head and then throws it at Kratos after he says that PlayStation characters never learn. Then, Kratos immediately catches the head in his mouth, causing him to chomp on it. Mario tries to kill Kratos with a gun, but he fails and missed all of his shots, so he decides to kill Toad by ripping his head off and eating it, just so he could use his head as a "mushroom" to grow into a giant. After becoming a giant, Mario tries to use his fireballs to kill Kratos, but then he, once again, failed to kill him because Kratos quickly overpowers Mega Mario and then kills him with the blades of chaos off-screen. At the end of the video, Mario's mutilated head is seen next to Pac-Man's head with flies crawling all over both of their heads, with both of them being impaled on a stake. After Mario’s death, the race finishes with Kratos in first place and Princess Peach and Princess Daisy as his “prizes".
Appearance[]
Racist Mario looks the same as the normal Mario does as they both wear white gloves, a red cap with the letter “M” on it, a red shirt, blue overalls with yellow buttons on them and brown shoes and have a black moustache, black eyebrows, brown hair and pale skin. He drives a standard red kart with the letter “M” on it which is the same standard kart from the Mario Kart games.

Unlike the original Mario, who is a kind, brave, heroic, caring and good-natured person, Racist Mario is the opposite since he is an extremely evil, racist, homicidal, cruel, psychotic, foul-mouthed, uncaring and violent individual who likes to brutally murder people (particularly other racers who participate in a Mario Kart tournament) and does not show any remorse for anything he did. As implied by the video’s title, he is racist against third party characters.
Racist Mario apparently takes everything really seriously and he is very harsh and obnoxious towards all of the other characters that participated in the Mario Kart race (which are both Nintendo characters and non-Nintendo characters), especially Princess Peach, whom was implied to be abused by Racist Mario. He is also scornful as he likes insulting others, making vulgar comments and saying offensive words, as shown when he said to Luigi "I'm comin' for yah, n***a!" before destroying Sackboy with his Bullet Bill, using the Bullet Bill as the N word pass and making him a literal racist.
He has done several villainous acts such as blowing up Knuckles with a Bob-Omb, throwing a fire flower at Anakin Skywalker which burned him to death, smashing an item box on Yoshi’s head which caused him to lay so many eggs and then have a car crash, piercing and choking Donkey Kong to death with a banana, using a bullet bill to crash into Sackboy, tearing him into pieces and crashing his car, choking Sonic and violently torturing him to death, trying to kill his brother Luigi, trying to kill Kratos and killing Toad by ripping his head off and eating it (hence eating him alive), apparently psychologically abusing Peach and apparently killing Crash Bandicoot by beheading him.

- Anakin Skywalker: He throws a fireball at him, causing him to burn alive. Barely alive, he is raped by Emperor Palpatine off-screen, possibly died.
- Yoshi: He smashes an Item Box onto Yoshi's face, causing him to panic, lay eggs, and ultimately get involved in a car accident.
- Donkey Kong: He forcefully shoves a giant banana into Donkey Kong's butt, with the banana entering his mouth, and dies from choking.
- Sackboy: While targeting Luigi, Mario crushes Sackboy with the Bullet Bill powerup.
- Sonic The Hedgehog: He strangles Sonic, then pins him onto a speed boost, resulting in him bleeding profusely. Barely alive, Ash captures Sonic and claims him as a "Pokémon". It is implied that Sonic may have died from suffocation due to lack of air inside in the Pokéball, despite not being a Pokémon.
- Crash Bandicoot: It is implied that Mario may have killed him by beheading him prior to the video, which explains why he held his lifeless head. Mario then threw the head to Kratos during their fight, and Kratos bites it entirely.
- Toad: Mario forcefully ripped off Toad's head, devouring it and increasing his own size.
