Raine Whispers is a recurring character in the Luzifer AU webcomic series. They are a power-hungry and manipulative witch and the former leaders of the BATS.
Appearance[]
Raine looks mostly identical to their canon version. They have medium brown skin and short, mint green hair with white streaks. They wear a formal black uniform with yellow and maroon accents, as well as red pants and grey boots. The main difference is that Rain how has a long, white jacket. Their glasses are also different, with them now fully obstructing Raine's eyes.

Biography[]
Growing up in the Boiling Isles, Raine had always planned on conquering their home. At some point, Raine became leader of a heroic organization known as the BATS, though this was almost certainly a front for their true nature. Being a bard witch, they became familiar with Village People's "YMCA," claiming to know it better than anyone.
Raine and the bats eventually came in conflict with Luzifer and Amity, who were attempting to steal one of the Nine Relics. The bards attempted to defeat the pair by singing YMCA, but Luzifer and Amity proved too strong. After being beat, Raine revealed their true colors to Luzifer. Since Luzifer was more interested in taking over her home dimension and did not care much about the Boiling Isles, she struck a deal with Raine. Raine would help Luzifer as long as she gave them the Boiling Isles after her plan was complete.
In "What Now 2," they showed up at the owl house with numerous other characters.
In "Trickster," they arrived with coven guards to aid in the fight between Luzifer and her alternate timeline self. In "Phantom Limb," Universe 1 Luzifer ordered him to assemble Coven Scouts and prepare for war against Universe 2.
