This version of Ramattra is from an alternate timeline in which the Slipstream never activated, meaning Tracer never got Chrono Disassociation and became the hero she is today.
Personality[]
In the beginning, Ramattra had a poor taste in humanity, seeing them as nothing more than an abusive species. However, the Other Tracer showed him otherwise and he held some appreciation for them. At some point, he decided that she was mostly wrong and waged war.
He also rarely, if ever, uses contractions when speaking, and tends to give up if something fails drastically, such as when Lanet have up on him.
Biography[]
Overwatch 0[]
During the week of the Slipstream flight, Other Tracer accidently broke into his temporary home to avoid Reaper. He managed to dissuade Reaper from investigating, and made Other Tracer owe him a favor.
3 days later, he planned to board an omnics-only ship so that Other Tracer wouldn't follow him. She stowed away in a crate, and he helped conceal her after making her promise that she owes him twice. He then carried her crate out of London Harbour and told her to find an alley. She refused and almost got herself killed, so he saved her yet AGAIN, and made her owe him 3 times.

Ramattra follows Lena and Soldier: 76 into the hangar bay, where he shoots a jet off the ceiling, trapping them. Ramattra heads to the Slipstream jet and preps it for takeoff, unaware that Lena managed to follow him. Once in the air, Ramattra detonates the explosives, preventing pursuit.

The Overwatch team tries to send an EMP into the underworld facility to disable Ramattra, but he punches it into the abyss below. Lena - now Tracer - shows up and helps to stop Ramattra, who incapacitates Soldier: 76 and throws him aside. Ramattra starts winning as he uses his annihilation form but is blown up by a pulse bomb and sent over the railing. Tracer walks over to confirm his defeat. but Ramattra grabs her by the accelerator and pulls her down with him. When they hit the bottom, Ramattra starts beating her up, ranting on how she's accomplished nothing and that her death will be an example to the others. But Tracer managed to get to the EMP and activates it, disabling Ramattra and Tracer's Chrono Accelerator.
One month later, Ramattra is last seen in a supermax prison with Zera, Lanet and Nameless, Ramattra attempts to apologize to Lanet, but she just throws her ring at him and tells him that she wants a different cell.

He tells her that he considered millions of escape attempts, but none would work without allies. He is then called to talk with Tracer, although he initially declines.
While talking with Tracer, Mauga attacks and tries to kill him. He manages to unlock his cuffs and makes it to the contraband room, and reactivated his nemesis form, throwing Mauga out the window. He then agrees to help Tracer.
When he arrives back at Gibraltar, he is apprehensive about being with Overwatch after what he did but decides to help by recruiting allies across the world.
At some point his transponder went offline during or after the Numbani battle.
Later, at the Detroit omnium, Ramattra leads a small army consisting of Baptiste, Hanzo, Brigitte, Junkrat, Roadhog and Venture. He fights Doomfist and almost dies, but is saved by Junkrat, Brigitte and Sombra. At some point he refused to evacuate as Tracer fought Doomfist alone, and instead rescued her from the reactor explosion.
After stopping Doomfist, he went back to the supermax prison to finish his sentence, but the warden instead releases him, along with his friends, and tells him to keep Junkrat and Roadhog out of trouble.
