Rhaz (Radical Anarchy Razzington) formerly known as Rhazz Razticus is a major antagonist in the new norm series, He is the cousin of Chaz, well former cousin he was removed from the family due to him lashing out at Chaz because of the fact that they looted and burnt his house down. Rhaz is an extremely edgy being very offensive to certain people due to his anarchistic views. Rhaz is an independent as he genuinely hates both parties as according to him Ones ran by hicks, supremacists, Religious Zealots, Inbreds and rich pedophiles and the other party is Ran by Gays, socialists, psychos and more rich pedophiles. Rhaz believes that letting the world burn would be bad and instead thinks that if the world was plunged into anarchy instead of these societies the country and therefore the world would be in a better place. He is on the most wanted list made by the Council of Wokes due to his extreme terrorist views on how society could be fixed.
Rhaz is what I like to call extremely paranoid and schizo as he believes in conspiracy theories and doesn't trust the government due to many reasons like The Waco Siege, Ruby Ridge, The CIA single handily causing the Crack epidemic in the country, The Nicaragua contra affair, MKUltra ECT, Rhaz also believes that theres something very off about how America is ran it feels like a certain group is controlling them. Rhaz also believes that the Israeli's cannot be trusted and that Donal Tump's bitchass should stop sending millions of dollars to the country due to the fact that they fucking attacked their ships in 1960 during the 6 days war and later attempted to bring the us into more wars in the sandbox and also because Israel is a safe haven for predators and are known for committing war crimes.
Rhaz is also a leader of his own group of anarchistic goons that served as enforcers for the wealthy industrialist and opium dealer Takeda Kanryu in the hopes of gaining money for stuff. However after their deaths by the hand of Takeda Kanryu's Gatling gun and the fact that norm and his bitchass lover caused their deaths by making Kanryu get the gun, And the shame of being defeated and then rescued by Chaz drove Rhaz to be completely obsessed with Defeating His stupid woke cousin at any cost in order to gain the title of "the strongest" and bestow that title upon the graves of his fallen comrades.

After being kicked out by his own fucking family Rhaz became a homeless fuck living on the side of the road for a few weeks before realizing that maybe he should become a mercenary to make free money and whilst in that time as a merc he would discover his new family which included a red fatass fuck, A muscleheaded fucker obsessed with fighting some random dude and a man with his face mostly disfigured. these 4 would become his new family and soon would create the Rhaz anarchy group a private group of mercs to beat up people for fun and attack people of both sides.
Norm and the opium war[]
During The events of norm and the opium war Rhaz was hired by opium seller and industrialist Takeda Kanryu to be his bodyguard for him along with his bros in the Rhazz anarchy group (WIP)

According to norm theorizers Rhaz is stated to be included during the events of the norm war and is stated to fight IRS Norm WIP
Appearance[]
Rhaz has short black blueish hair with a distinctive center-parted fringe of permed bangs falling in front of his face. Rhaz has green eyes. Rhaz wears a white mask that usually has a red circle with 4 lines through it Rhaz has many other masks which includes a white mask with several zig zagged red lines through it and (TBA WHEN I MAKE NEW IMAGES).
He wears a deep blue, collarless short-sleeved dress shirt with a goldenrod trim, matching deep blue slacks and shiny black dress shoes. his most distinctive piece of clothing is his trenchcoat a long, sweeping trench coat of light tan with a ribbed goldenrod interior trim. He also wears deep blue, wide-mouthed fingerless gloves
After the deaths of his men his appearance would add sh scars with the names of his men carved into his left arm.
oh and he sometimes wears red circular glasses like Hank J. Wimbleton madness combat
Besides that his swords change a bit with them becoming serrated after the fight against Chaz in the opium arc.
In between the seasons after the opium arc Rhaz is seen with bandages wrapped around his legs due to the fact he got shot in the legs with the fucking Gatling gun
Personality[]
Rhaz is shown to be very Aggressive and extreme person stated by most to be a foul mouth jackass who seems to be emotionless. Rhaz cares about loyalty and honor among what used to be his own Rhaz's ordinarily cold heart bleeds for his comrades and he places their well-being and happiness before his own without hesitation. He often calls people slurs for shits and giggles mostly because he's just a massive douchebag. Rhaz is also stated to be intelligent and calculative. Rhaz holds the biggest grugdge to Chaz because of their bitch ass burning his house down. After the deaths of his men by the hands of his former employer Rhaz already frigid soul sinks deep into the shadows of his nature and his desire for victory in battle becomes an obsession that threatens to transform him into an honorless murderer.
Rhaz also might be a death seeker as he often fights the stronger people in the arcs he arrives in. WIP

Before the incident Rhaz got along with his cousin but after the incident and later him being booted from the family Rhaz fucking despised them even though Chaz tried to tell him several times within the series that they never burnt his home down he wouldn't listen. this later leads to him getting pissed when They saved him which turned into one of his goals to kill Chaz so he give his comrades the title of the strongest.
Norm[]
Rhaz is not a big fan of the fucking geezer constantly making fun of norm for his shitty ass hate for everything whilst being a d rider for donal tump. Rhaz somehow also knows that Norm is a closeted homosexual somehow which isn't explained within the norm lore however it is probably due to Rhaz having high intellect.
Takeda Kanryu[]
Even before the betrayal He and Takeda did not have a good partnership as due to takeda caring more about money than anything else caused Rhaz to just call him a penny pincher and a coward and after the murder of his men and the several rounds he took to his legs he was right about how Kanryu was nothing but a fucking penny pinching opium dealer.
Shikijo, Hannya, Beshimi and Hyokkoto[]
Rhaz cared about his comrades a lot to the point where they became his new family after he got kicked out by his dumbass parents. they're the reason he gave a fuck about honor and loyalty however after their deaths by the hands of kanryu Rhaz wanted to get closure for their deaths which is why he planned to defeat Chaz and grant the title of strongest warrior to their graves.
