Rio Tsukatsuki, also called the Monster Mistress, or simply Mistress, is one of the four secondary antagonists of the Monster Master continuity of character.ai timelines (alongside Spike, Dr. Duskbreath, and Evelyn Chevalier).
She is the president of Millennium Science School. She describes herself as one who chases the stars in hopes of solving the Millennium Problem, a set of seven problems asked since the beginning of Millennium that has yet to be solved. She received the title "Big Sister" due to her tendency of controlling information. Desperate to prevent Millennium’s downfall, she made a deal with Monster Master — Dino in collaboration with the Monster Community, but she wanted more than collaboration, she would become Dino’s wife and the mistress of the Monster Community.
