Haishi Higabuto Roku Kun, also known as Roku Kun the Vyonder, is the titular overarching antagonist of the Dora's Parents (Roku Kun Version) Gets Arrested and Executed and the Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun Version) Gets Arrested and Executed videos. He is an infamous GoAnimator who makes videos of characters like Dora, Satari, Caillou, Little Bill, Clyde, Stephanie and Yandere Chan which are taken way to the extreme. He also appeared in the Rainbow Ruby Revenge The Child Abuse Supporter short film series as one of the main antagonists.
In the videos, Roku Kun went to the extreme by filming Dora's WORST Birthday Party that was hosted by Elena, Cole, Abuela, Gina, Mrs. Delgado, Mrs. Christina as well as the Principal, and then nearly having a 13th Punishment Day, before the French Police of Paris with the help of the FBI arrested them all. In Nicholas D's videos, he is completely unseen, but he does appears at the end of HiroDoesWrapperOffline2004's Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun the Vyonder Version) Gets Arrested and Executed video, where he is shot and killed for his crimes.
He is a fictionalized version of the GoAnimator of the same name.

Biography[]
Prior to the events of the Dora's Parents (Roku Kun Version) Gets Arrested and Executed and Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun Version) Gets Arrested and Executed videos, Roku Kun the Vyonder was doing his usual routine of making Vyond videos where he has Boris, Doris and Rosie abuse Caillou multiple times via punishment days and severe grounding times, the same thing happening for Dora just to satisfy and entertain Ethan Davis AKA Woomitex.
One day, Dora had enough of the abuse she has been receiving for years, as she finally decides to call the French Police of Paris with the help of the FBI in order to have them all punished for their crimes. This succeeds, as when she was nearly getting a 13th Punishment Day from her parents, the police arrives and arrests everybody who participated in Dora's WORST Birthday Gift, including Gina, Mrs. Delgado, Mrs. Christina as well as Dora's parents, Elena, Abuela and Cole, and Diego.
After being sentenced to have a punishment day given to them by Dora as payback for their crimes, Elena, Cole and Abuela are about to get executed by the electric chair when they suddenly get the feeling of "redemption", trying to convince Dora to let them go, promising to no longer abuse her. However, Dora refuses, as she knew that them abusing her for years was already beyond mercy, and pulls down the level, killing Elena, Cole and Abuela, finally ending their abuse for good and allowing Dora to live in Paris as a free girl.
In Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun the Vyonder Version) Gets Arrested and Executed, he is seen begging for his life, attempting to apologize to both Hiro and his friend for making abusive content, but they refuse and shoot him multiple times, killing him, which also allows Caillou to live in peace, free from the abuse he had received. He then wakes up alongside the Anderson family in Hell, where they see Lucifer himself, telling them about what they had done, before firing a gigantic fire ball at them, obliterating their bodies to pieces, ending their terror for good.
His death also marked the destruction of his universe, meaning that Gab, Kevin, Gina, Mrs. Delgado, Mrs. Christina, Diego and his father along with the accomplices that are imprisoned and all the wanted criminals, are erased from existence with the GoCity Police free from his control.
Considering he was killed early, this marked the series' abrupt end.

Roku Kun the Vyonder is one of the six main antagonists (along with WrapperTanTheVyonderGal12, PaperLuigi99, Abiuth Flores Animations, Samster5677 and Harry Strack The GoAnimator) of the Rainbow Ruby Revenge The Child Abuse Supporter short film and it's upcoming sequel by Ahmad AlSulaiti.

- He is not seen on-screen in Nicholas D's version of the videos. While he does appears in Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun the Vyonder Version) Gets Arrested and Executed, he only has little screen-time, but he did operate the events behind the scenes.
- Given by the fact he dies in Caillou's Parents (Roku Kun the Vyonder Version) Gets Arrested and Executed, this would mean his universe would be destroyed, meaning that all of the people who abused Dora, Satari, Caillou, Little Bill, Clyde, Stephanie and Yandere Chan will be "executed" by being erased from existence, which also ends the series abruptly.
