Rosie Anderson is the titular main protagonist of Jett Kingston's Rosie Gets Grounded series.
She is a young sibling in the Anderson family and the younger sister (and enemy) of Caillou. In the series, she is depicted as a troublemaker like most depictions from video makers, but has once shown some determination to survive alone by herself, like the time when she dealt with two burglars while home alone.
She is voiced by TTS Ivy.
Appearance[]
This iteration of Rosie Anderson varies between the Comedy World and Business Friendly styles in the videos. Due to this, her height is slightly altered. Regardless of the style, she mostly looks the same as how she is depicted by other video makers. She has orange hair, light blue eyes, a blue shirt along with a blue skirt and red shoes.
Personality[]
Like most versions of Rosie, this iteration is shown as a mischievous girl who wants to cause nothing but trouble to anyone in Vyond City, including her family. She tends to often misbehave in several locations for petty reasons and even goes on to do several things, such as changing the Goofus & Doofus 2 movie into a looping animation of ten Rosies dancing with no clothes, causing everyone in the theater to be terrified.
She also has a grudge against Caillou, who she antagonizes several times throughout the series. A few examples of those are shown when she ruins his 14th birthday, severely injures him at the mall and so on. Although she is seen as smart, she can also be dumb as well, as shown when she decided to get on Discord and revealed her real age (which is 8), which led to her account being reported and disabled for being under 13.
She is also seen to get along and team up with Dora for several schemes in some of the videos, as well as in the movie where they attempt to destroy Vyond City with a nuclear bomb.
Biography[]
Rosie Anderson was born on July 22nd, 2014 from Boris and Doris Anderson as the first sister of Caillou. However, starting from 2019 onwards, she would become a nuisance to the family, especially with Caillou who she mostly targets in several antics, even killing him once.
During said antics, she misbehaves and causes trouble around Vyond City, like in a movie theater where she switches the Goofus & Doofus 2 movie to ten dancing duplicates of herself. She would even misbehave in the arcade during her 10th birthday despite having chosen that location to celebrate said birthday.
A few of her antics also endangered other people, such as when she takes control of a plane while her family was on a trip to Brazil, nearly causing it to crash. Apart from being a troublemaker, Rosie also would create a Discord account to harass users, including Jett himself, which fortunately backfires on her when she reveals her age, leading to her ban for being too young to use Discord.
Rosie Gets Grounded: The Movie[]
Rosie is also one of the two main antagonists (alongside Dora) of the 2024 movie based on the series of the same name. In the movie, after causing trouble way too much and getting her grounding time extended longer and longer, she decides to plot the destruction of Vyond City with a nuclear bomb with the help of Dora.
To get their hands on a nuclear bomb, they steal a car while their parents are asleep and drive to a military base where they manage to force a solider at gunpoint to take them to where the nuclear bombs are located, successfully stealing one of them. Driving back to the city, they set the bomb to an 11-hour countdown and then drive back to their respective homes.
The next day, the citizens of Vyond City would discover the bomb, leading to them screaming in fear for their lives. Boris, Jett and Veyshal attempt to disarm the bomb, but Rosie and Dora beat them down, not wanting to let them ruin their plan. However, a SWAT officer would manage to keep them away as Veyshal successfully disarms the bomb, saving Vyond City from destruction.
As for Rosie and Dora, they would both be arrested for their crimes and sentenced to life in prison. Their families, as well as Jett and the SWAT officer would shout at them, furious that they went way too far and became disgraces to them for committing such vile crimes. Before leaving them crying in their cell, the SWAT officer threatens to knock them out and call the police if they ever attempt to escape.

- In the original 1997-2011 Caillou series, Rosie is 2 years old. In Jett Kingston's universe, she is confirmed as being 8 (later 10, currently 11) years old, having celebrated her 10th birthday on July 22nd, 2024. The same thing would apply to Caillou who is currently 16 years old in the same series.
- Her Discord account was actually an account made by Jett Kingston specifically for the video.
- In Rosie Misbehaves With The Babysitter/Grounded, Rosie breaks the fourth wall by telling the viewers to subscribe to Jett's channel.
- Her role in Rosie's Home Alone is very similar to Kevin McCallister from the Home Alone franchise, which the video parodies.
