Sandy Cheeks is a supporting antagonist in the Five Nights at The Krusty Krab franchise, serving as a major antagonist in Five Nights at The Krusty Krab and Five Nights at The Chum Bucket, and a minor antagonist in Five Nights at The Krusty Krab: Chapter 3.

Appearance[]

Five Nights at The Krusty Krab[]

Sandy Cheeks is an animatronic squirrel that wanders in the Krusty Krab like the other animatronics. Sandy resembles her original cartoon counterpart, aside from the fact that she doesn't have her glass helmet, and the fact that she does not have the acorn logo on her atmospheric diving suit, and also has no nose. Another key difference in her design is that she doesn't have her tail, which is probably something the game developer, Dakota Wood, didn't pick up on.

Five Nights at The Chum Bucket[]

Sandy Cheeks' design in Five Nights at the Chum Bucket has drastically changed; her head no longer has brown covering and is just endoskeleton, giving her a monstrous design, and she has red glowing eyes. Her body is tattered and ripped, and she doesn't have her underwater suit anymore. She also has metallic, blunt poles for her hands. She appears to have share the same model as Karen as well as the same killing animation.

Five Nights at The Krusty Krab: Chapter 3[]

Sandy looks similar to her Five Nights at The Chum Bucket design, except her right hand is normal while her left arm is missing the suit and instead has a hook for a left hand. When hacked by Karen, she has a Chum Bucket helmet on her head.

Behavior[]

Five Nights at The Krusty Krab[]

Sandy Cheeks first becomes active on Night 2; she starts in the Supply Cabinet facing her back at the camera. When she first begins to move, she will look at the camera and then proceed to go to the Fuse Room then to the Right Stairs and then to the office door. Once she is at the office door, she usually will stay there for the rest of the night, making it increasingly harder to survive your shift. In order to thwart her progress, active the fuse room door in order to keep her away.

On rare occasions during Night 1 she will become active if the player doesn't view the cameras enough, thus causing her AI to move and attack. However, she won't be very active and may not be able to check the office.

Five Nights at The Chum Bucket[]

She starts becoming active on Night 2, She is the only animatronic who not only tries to come after the player but will go to the Generator Room and mess with it. When she does this, the office lights will flicker, and the player must press the red override button on the desk. If the red button is not pressed in time, the power to the building will go out, and she’ll kill the player shortly after.

Sandy starts in Camera 16, then will either go for the player via Camera 18 or go to the Generator room to mess with the machines.

Five Nights at The Krusty Krab: Chapter 3[]

Sandy first becomes active on Night 3; she will begin the night in Camera 4. She will approach the reactor core and will stand in the room for a bit before she begins to start attacking the reactor. Eli must press the button on his desk to scare her away, though it will break a power fuse after use. If the reactor health drops to zero, the power shuts off. Sandy then rushes to The Office and jumpscares the player. Sandy can also jumpscare the player if one of Karen's ads pop ups fill the bar completely.

Trivia[]

  • Her behavior in Five Nights at The Krusty Krab is based on Foxy in FNAF 1 while her behavior in Five Nights at The Chum Bucket and Five Nights at The Krusty Krab: Chapter 3 is based on Electrobab from Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location Custom Night.
  • In Five Nights at The Krusty Krab, she is one of the three animatronics that kill you if you put the camera up, the others being SpongeBob and Patrick, and just like them, she has her jumpscare sound ripped from the first Five Nights at Freddy's game.
  • In Five Night at The Chum Bucket, her design is more twisted and violent just like Squidward, and she has the exact same design as Karen.
  • In Five Nights at The Krusty Krab: Chapter 3, she is the only character to have 2 jumpscares and she is also the least active character in the game because she is only active in 3 nights, and she can also kill the player on nights 1 and 2 if the reactor overheats and it's health bar depletes completely, and when Sandy is hacked by Karen, the chum bucket helmet that she wears is a reference to The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
