Santa Villager is a supporting antagonist of the Minecraft series, Villager News. He is a charismatic, magical villager dressed up as Santa who takes on the role of the Minecraft's Santa for the holiday season, but secretly kidnaps villagers with his sack.
Appearance[]
Santa Villager is a villager decked in Santa attire, and dons a long, flowy, white beard. In his updated appearance, What’s In My Big SACK!?, he now wears a belt, has white hair, and his beard is much shorter.
Biography[]
Christmas with the Villagers[]
Santa Villager's head appears in the transition between skits. He also appears in a skit where he meets a baby villager and askes him what he wants for Christmas. After the baby villager sees through his costume, and deducts him as a fake, Santa Villager tells him to get in his bag.
Christmas with the Villagers 2[]
Santa Villager's head reappears for the transition between skits in the sequel. Santa Villager then appears in the second skit of the video where he sings a song about being dressed up as Santa and wanting to offer a gift to a nearby villager. He tells him to get in his bag, which he refuses, before one of Santa Villager's choirvillagers bats that villager on the head to assist him in the kidnapping.
Later on in the video's final skit, when a baby villager askes his parent why Santa only comes one a year, the parent villager states that he is often locked up for countless charges of burglary. Right there, Santa Villager breaks into their house, steals a present, and exits through a glass window.
Your Door Was Locked![]
Santa Villager makes a cameo at the end of the music video, where after the Red Criminal Villager is sentenced to the Pit of Death, he also appears inside there and greets his new pitmate. It is indicated that Santa Villager was caught and punished offscreen that resulted in his Pit of Death sentencing.
What’s In My Big SACK!? - A Villager Christmas Carol[]
Santa Villager appears in the music video as the main antagonist. He was revealed to escape the Pit of Death offscreen, and walks into the village with a giant sack, much to the joy of the villagers. When a villager askes about what is inside the sack, Santa Villager tells him to not ask about it. While Santa Villager continues his act of spreading joy with his magic to the villagers, he manipulates the baby villagers to go under the tree to look inside the presents, so that he can secretly kidnap them. When the same skeptical villager from earlier questions where all the children have gone, Santa Villager silences him, causing him to panic and warn the other villagers to no avail. Santa Villager then sends the villager to the other side of the villager, before stripping off his shirt and performing a saxophone solo. With his goal accomplished, Santa Villager disappears, alongside his giant sack with the baby villagers. The villager sobs, and admits that he took all the children, much to the shock of the others, who then realize the truth after their gifts from Santa Villager vanish into thin air.
BREAKING NEWS![]
One of the newslines Villager #5 sees at the end of the music video reveals that Santa was eventually caught, but the kids he abducted are still missing.
