Sarah Henderson, now known as Needlemouse Sonic (or Needlemouse for short), is the main antagonist of the analog horror web series Needlem0use, and reappears as one of the many antagonists found within the Friday Night Funkin' mod, Vs. Sonic.Exe.
Her chromatic scale is sampled from her voice actor in her home series, StarlySammiie.
Appearance[]
Needlemouse manifests herself as a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog, being an anthropomorphic hedgehog wearing shoes and gloves. Unlike Sonic, Needlemouse's fur is deep purple instead of blue, her skin is pure white instead of beige, her gloves are now an orangish-yellow instead of white, and the stripes on her shoes are now orange. Needlemouse's eyes are small slits containing red pupils that morph to show her expression. Needlemouse carries a microphone with a red head and purple handle in her left hand.
Sarah, the soul controlling Needlemouse, is a lanky woman wearing a purple striped sweater, blue jeans, a brown belt, and gray shoes. Sarah's hair is long and unkept, and her eyes glow red. Her mouth is permanently smiling, and occasionally shows off rows of sharp red teeth. Sarah uses wires attached to her hands in order to puppet Needlemouse.
Personality[]
Needlemouse, when compared to her original counterpart, is a lot more upbeat than usual, with her poses indicating that she's having a lot more fun than normal. Her demeanor in the mod is a lot less serious than in canon, and isn't hostile towards Boyfriend, likely due to Needlemouse not holding a grudge against him as she does to her old friends.
By the time Sarah shows her true face, it quickly becomes apparent that she's become fed up with Boyfriend. Her face now contains a mixture of frustration and resentment, and seems to be barely keeping her anger in.
What should be noted is that despite appearing to have genuine fun with Boyfriend, Needlemouse is more than happy to take his soul if he loses, as shown by the game over screen for Round-A-Bout.
Act ?: Round-A-Bout[]
Boyfriend and Girlfriend somehow find themselves stuck in Needlemouse's disc, before meeting face to face with the ruler of the disc herself. Needlemouse and Boyfriend find themselves rap battling against one another, as Girlfriend watches in the distance. Sometime during their fight, Sarah reveals herself, and reveals her puppet strings used to control Needlemouse, and remains singing alongside her vessel for the rest of the song. Once the song ends, Boyfriend and Girlfriend presumably leave unscathed.

- This version of Sarah once dated EXE, but due to the controversies of EXE's creator, the relationship ended.
- According to a staff member for the series, Needlemouse was included due to her being tied to horror, and is not considered an "EXE".[1]
- Originally, Luther Artwright, one of Needlemouse's former friends and the soul inhabiting Tails, would've been fought along with a full week for Needlemouse. All of these have been scrapped due to both a lack of progress and the mod's cancellation.
