Satsujin Onna is the main antagonist of the question of the Aeyen The Lobster Canon of The Bloody Choice Game called Tokyo Fool, she is the one who Moddy McSimpson falls in love with that Arrowhead has to help get with him, she is revealed to be a yandere.

Background

As evidented by the implications said by fans of her, she is a "real life yandere" who had a boyfriend that she stabbed to death due to her "love for him". This caused her to be jailed for an unknown amount of time, with the question taking place following her release. During that time, she gained a cult following of people online romanticizing her for her crimes.

In the question, after Meidoragon told Arrowhead to do something anime-themed for Valentines Day in order to make him go away, he travels to Japan. He then comes across Moddy McSimpson, an overweight unattractive American blobfish who traveled all the way to Japan in order to make her fall in love with him while he's below her balcony, much to her infuriation. Due to Arrowhead's stupidity, he decides to help Moddy get together with her.

In option 1, the right option, Arrowhead decides to see if singing in front of the balcony with draw her attention, and so he sings Ding Dong Song, agitating Satsujin. This causes her to act like she's in love with him, causing Moddy to enter her apartment room, before doing so, he tells him that she's a yandere, but Arrowhead dosen't see anything wrong with that as he dosen't know what the term means. In the apartment room, Moddy acts seductively, preparing to have sex with her, before being stabbed to death by her, causing Arrowhead to call the cops. As she gets arrested, her fans become heavily disappointed in her, as they believe a rule for yanderes is that if you stab someone to death, it means they love them, causing them to believe Satsujin stabbed the unattractive Moddy to death for romantic reasons, thus making everyone think she likes "fat ugly bastards". The cop car drives away to the prison as she yells that she didn't love him.

In option 3, Arrowhead learns from Meidoragon (who's giving him intentionally false advice to ward him off and let her and Slugburn have private time) that they should seduce her via swimsuits. Moddy then wears a red thong as he crawls up to Satsujin's balcony and knocks on her window, asking her if she can let him in to "feel some love". This causes Moddy to be kicked off the balcony, falling on top of Arrowhead and killing him. Satsujin then throws a piano on top of Moddy, crushing him to death.

Personality

She has a heavy hatred towards Moddy and Arrowhead, likely due to Moddy being unattractive, and so she shows full disdain towards him. It's likely she acted a lot more lovingly to her boyfriend she stabbed to death, as it's implied she stabbed him to death because she loved him.
