Scarlet Spiker is the central antagonist of the Inkopolis Chaos trilogy. She serves as the main antagonist of Inkopolis Chaos, and one of the two secondary antagonists of Inkopolis Chaos 3. She is a mean spirited red inkling who enjoys bullying others for her own amusement, and is the leader of the red team. While at first, she appears to be a regular bully, it’s later shown how downright cruel she truly can be.
Scarlet is shown to be heartless, cruel and sadistic. When introduced, she is immediately tormenting a shy inkling called Melody, by slamming her locker in her face and shoving her on the ground. She is also shown to be petty and spiteful, as she had her gang beat up Samuel for standing up against her. She is also racist to Octolings, and enjoys hurting them even more then inklings, as she sees them as aliens. She knows she’s evil, and takes a strong enjoyment from it, often bragging about it, while showing her sadism. She got far worse during her time in prison, and by the time she was released a year later, she ruthlessly showed her true colours to everyone.
She doesn’t care about anyone, even abusing those who are on her side. For example, she slaps James for criticizing her, and begins insulting them all when they get exposed. She also has an extremely hateful grudge against Samuel, due to him standing in her way. Despite all this, she is shown to be a good talker, and has charisma to her, as she was once able to easily get others to like her despite her nasty attitude, and has a lot of confidence, although it could be arrogance.
Villainous Acts
Bullying dozens of Inklings for years. She varied between both physical and verbal bullying, and it’s implied she’s done it in other ways, too. She even regularly makes death threats.
She was even nasty to her own gang members, constantly shouting at them, insulting them and even slapping James over criticism.
She is even worse to octolings, as she likes to incriminate them as these evil creatures, when their not.
She and her gang beat up Samuel in the forest all because he stood up to her.
She and her gang grabbed an innocent inkling off the street and beat them into a coma, while dressed up as Samuels gang, just to frame them. (MORAL EVENT HORIZON)
She ordered her gang to throw Natalie off a cliff, and they actually did. Natalie would’ve died if Samuel and Ruby didn’t show up.
When her gang got attacked by a vengeful Ruby, instead of killing her on the spot, she sadistically left her to slowly die, and kicked her before leaving.
She kidnaps Natalie, and sadistically tortures her by lighting her on fire, spraying her with water, beating her and cutting her, which almost kills her. Even a year later, Natalie still has a massive burn scar on her back, which seems to be a very sensitive topic. It’s even confirmed that the torture she received still gives Natalie nightmares. She intended to betray Lt. Obsidian later, so she could use her power to destroy peace between inklings and octolings.
She shot Sylvia with a tranquilliser. Even if she was aiming for Samuel, it’s Scarlets fault that Sylvia got taken to a concentration camp and got traumatised.
She murders 11 random inklings/octolings in cold blood, via brutal methods via slitting throat or decapitation, and one of those victims was a 9 year old. (MORAL EVENT HORIZON)

Both enjoy bullying their opponents and want them to give up.
Both are racist. Scarlet is racist to octolings, and Killer Ink Leader is racist to humans.
Both are females, who lead a team of inklings.
Both are rivals to the protagonists.
However, Scarlet is much more evil. Killer Ink Leader was just a bully and nothing more, with the worst thing she did being pushing Meggy down a pit, while Scarlet took things too the extreme. For example, she has attempted murder several times, beat an inkling into a coma just to frame Samuel and his friends, and tortured Natalie, amongst many other nasty things.
Scarlet also displayed more sadism, as she took sadistic glee in threatening to cut Samuel and Natalies hearts out.
Additionally, Scarlet dies in the end, but Team Killer Ink’s Leader is presumably still alive, and hasn’t been punished.
Despite it not being explained in the story, Scarlet does have some backstory. She was neglected a lot as a child, but ended up looking up to bad influences. When she was watching movies as a kid (it was practically all she did in her elementary school years as she was shown barley any love or even cared for at all, with the only interactions her parents really giving her are her food and occasionally speaking to her, but they were never really there for her), she actually began to admire the villains, so she ended up thinking it was really cool to be a bad guy, and thus began her asshole streak and wanting to be like those villains she watched. She also seeked popularity due to her family neglecting her, so she wanted to prove she was cool too, so she began to act all snobby and started picking on people in middle school (in first school, she was… extremely quiet and hated socialising with others, due to her being more anxious due to having no one to go to with issues) such as Samuel, so she could become popular, but then ended up enjoying bullying others, so she grew more sadistic. She then grew her gang and supporters, becoming a full on Popular Bitch in high school. She didn’t wanna out herself as evil at first, but wanted to display she was a bad bitch, so she wasn’t afraid to assault someone. But when she was exposed, she essentially became a full on card carrying villain, no longer being held back by laws.
