“ | Find your own lane, you road hog! | „ |
~ Scott when a random driver drove past him. |
“ | Don't you remember? We talked about it at McDonald's when I came back from Derry. I recorded Beverly saying everything that you did to her. If you choose to stick to the plan, I won't reveal you abusing her to law enforcement. If you want to back out, I'll tell them. You don't want that, don't you? | „ |
~ Scott threatening to reveal Alvin's abuse of Beverly if he does not stick to the plan. |

Biography[]
Backstory[]
Shortly after Scott was born, his and Tom's father died, leading to their mother to be overbearing. At the age of 18, just as he was about to graduate high school, Scott accidentally killed his mother by her in the left shoulder, causing her to break her neck on the first stair of the house.
At some point after that, he joined the U.S military as an Air Force Pilot, where he flew 1,741 missions and shot down 138 planes, resulting in the deaths of the pilots. During the second-to-last mission of the operation, his plane was damaged, and he was forced to eject, much to Max's fury.
After finding out that Tom Rogan had been killed, Scott told Max about it, but he refused to help, resulting in a vicious fight between the two that resulted in Max's death.
After that, Scott arranged for a pickup, then he resigned his post from the Air Force, and kept the pistol that he was issued.
5 days later, Scott attended Tom's funeral, and after the service, he yelled at Bill, accusing him of lying about knowing about Tom's death, only for Georgie to pull him off.
After that, he left, planning revenge on Bill. After arriving in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Scott went to McDonald's, and even teamed up with Alvin Marsh while they were waiting for their food.
The Stuttering Man and the Winter Soldier[]
Informing Alvin about the plan[]
After leaving his house, Scott, who was irritated with another driver on the way, arrived at the Green Gables Marina, he saw Alvin Marsh, who was waiting at the front gate after being dropped off by a driver from Lyft. After he was holding his gun, Scott informed Alvin that the time to enact their plan. After he asked what the plan was again, Scott pressed a gun against the back of his head (which would foreshadow his fate later on) and threatened to reveal his abuse against Beverly to law enforcement.
After Alvin agreed, they enacted their plan.
Arrival at the Coral Ridge Mall and highway chase[]
After arrival, they saw Gretta Keene, and after Scott asked her where Bill was, Gretta said she didn't know, only for Scott to accuse her of lying, and then kills her.
Then, five sticks of dynamite were on the tables, and Scott threatened to light them if none of the people present told him Bill's location. Beverly, who had returned from her appointment, came up to Scott and her father, Alvin, who was also there. She told him that it was her, not Bill, who killed Tom, but Scott dismissed that as a lie, and pushes her to the floor. He pulls out a red BiC lighter, and just as he was attempting to light one of the sticks of TNT, Scott was given a blow to the head by Richie Tozier using the baseball bat that Bradley Trevor once used. As a result, the lighter was shut off due to Scott letting go of the button.
After Bill, Georgie, Cassie, Eddie, Beverly, and Richie left, Scott was regaining consciousness while Alvin helped him up. They then engaged in a pursuit on the highway. Scott then aimed SIG Sauer P250 pistol at the rear left tire of Bill's car, but after he pulled the trigger, the bullet only managed to scrape the left rear hubcap, which led to Bill, Georgie, Cassie, Eddie, Beverly, and Richie getting off on the first exit they saw, then Scott and Alvin arrived at a rest stop, where they agreed to divide and conquer.
Nervous breakdown[]
While Alvin was at the hotel Georgie, Cassie, Eddie, Beverly, Richie, and Mike were staying at, Scott was watching the kidnapping on his laptop. When he saw that Alvin did not put Bill in a sack, Scott trashed his house with various tools, then shaved the back of his head, leaving only the top part of his hair. After that, he spray painted the back of his head, then his forehead. During his nervous breakdown, Scott was both laughing and crying. This indicates he had lost his sanity. He then grabbed a kitchen knife, then waited for Alvin to come to the door with Bill.
Torturing Bill Denbrough[]
After Bill woke up, he found himself tied to a chair in Scott's room with wire ropes. Bill then tried to tell Scott that he is, in no way, responsible for Tom's death, However, Scott also accused Bill of lying, and beat him with a crowbar four times. Scott was about to grab the kitchen knife, but was hit in the back by Beverly using the butt of her M16 assault rifle.
Final fight and death[]
After exiting the house with his kitchen knife and his SIG Sauer P250 pistol, Georgie and the still living members of The Losers Club had come up with a plan. Richie Tozier and Mike Hanlon fought him first, but Scott uses his pistol to shoot Richie through the spine, rendering him paralyzed as Mike calls 911. Beverly then aims her M16 assault rifle at Scott's left shoulder, then shoots him there.
Enraged, Scott attempted to kill Beverly, leading to Bill and Georgie fighting him two-to-one. During the battle, Scott knocks Bill out cold, leading to Georgie fighting Scott one-on-one. After regaining consciousness, Bill tackled Scott, who was about to kill Georgie. After that, they continued to fight until Scott kicked Bill in his kneecaps. Bill, who tried to get back up on his feet, got poked in his left thigh by Scott using his kitchen knife. As Beverly was putting the band-aid on her husband's injury, Scott attempted to kill Bill, but is shot in the head from behind by a redeemed Alvin Marsh, killing him.
Personality[]
“ | Ashes, crashes, we all fall... | „ |
~ Scott quoting from the nursery rhyme Ring Around The Rosie, and his last words before he is cut off mid-sentence by the gunshot wound that Alvin Marsh had inflicted. |
Much similarly to Annie Wilkes, Scott seems like a good person, but is aggressive, sadistic, schizoid, and is even delusional, by blaming Bill for the death of Tom Rogan, when, in reality, it was Beverly who killed him.
He is also obsessive, as he wants to torture Bill Denbrough, then kill him. Overall, Scott's insanity, as well as his obsession with torturing and killing Bill, lead to his downfall and death.
