Seikin is an autagonist who appeared in Hikakin_mania memes and in the Oto-MAD on the "All Stardust Project Recurrence Prevention Committee", a team that participated in the Oto-NCM non-participant MATCH.
He is conspiring to create a new world with lawtion and divine power, and is hostile to Onakin.
Background[]
He is a brother of Onakin, and used to work with Onakin as a researcher studying the "lawtion" that would give him the strongest power. He was disappointed with the world and wanted to use the power of lawtion to create a new world, but he trust safe Onakin and told him about it, and after an argument, he left for the 2nd Earth.
After a long time, he finally successed in summoning a "god". He destroy the city first and plunged the world into a state of fear. A resistance was formed by powerful people (Japanese internet memes), and although they met with resistance, they bounced back undaunted. In no time at all, the earth was in an uproar.
On the other Earth, variety of mighty disasters are coming, and Onakin, seeing this as a crisis, decides to from a resistance to fight against Seikin. However, Seikin and God were already in the city. The resistance attacked them onslaught, and just when Onakin was about to finish them off, God and Seikin united with the power of lawtion and gained a mighty power.
Seikin destroy the two earths by smashing them together, completely wiping out the human race except for the resistance. Seikin uses his mighty power to destroy the universe, but at that time Onakin who is out of energy remembered a legend about lawtion: the legend was that those with a strong will could resonate, unite body and soul, and gain power beyond human understanding. When Onakin thought that if Seikin's mighty power was it by lawtion, then it was worth a try, he found lawtion and BME, who had formed the resistance on the other earth. When Onakin feeling a strong will of BME approaches lawtion and BME, the same thing as the legend occurs. Onakin used the power to rise up for defeating Seikin. Onakin is evenly matched with Seikin. In the end, Onakin defeated God and Seikin with the help of the resistance's support.
Afterwards, God and Seikin were sealed, and the battle came to an end. BME has created a new planet, "Bugidoga EARTH", which will become Earth.
