Shin Sonic has a mindless monster personality
However some of his original personality can remerge as he was able to explain to Player his origins and later on against Shin Metal Sonic where he able to regain his senses and ally with his friends. Even monstrous he showed regret in eating Tails which resulted in him making many Shin Tails clones.
History[]
Shin Sonic is not a monster[]
The people of Station Square would have a normal day until Shin Sonic started rampaging where he terrorized the city and started devouring people. Player who was visiting got picked up Shin Sonic and explained his story. Where he was once the regular Sonic the Hedgehog on the brink of starvation where he was forced to eat Fickey meat before becoming addicted to it. There he feed on many flickies, ate Tails and Eggman; Making clones of the former out of regret to help him feast. There he evolved into Shin Sonic. After finishing his story he attempted to eat Player but is saved by Knuckles. Shin Sonic attempted to give chase but lost them. There Player and Knuckles got the Super Emeralds needed to restore him. There Shin Sonic met them when they got back. There Knuckles used the Emeralds to become Hyper Knuckles and used their energy to restore Shin Sonic back to regular Sonic.
The Legend of Shin Shadow[]
Sonic was forced to revert back to his Shin Sonic form after Shadow used the Super Emeralds to become Shin Shadow. There the two monsterous hedgehogs face off, with Sonic coming out the victor but at the cost of losing all control again

- This version of Shin Sonic has an origin unlike the original version where Sonic was on the brink of starvation and fed on a flicky while corrupted by Shin Energy in the process where he was consumed by hunger and rapidly evolved through eating.
- This also makes him an Sonic version of Starved where both feed an flicky and were consumed by their hunger for flesh. However Starved was against eating human beings while Shin Sonic had no problems fed on humans. Starved also retained his human intelligence while Shin Sonic was an mindless beast outside of some moments having some control.
- He was not given the name Shinic onscreen.
