Skelesaurus is the overarching antagonist of Season 3 of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Camp Crush series and is the main antagonist of the series since the special full-length episode "Power Smashers". He is a monster truck with a body that resembles some sort of dinosaur fossil.
He was once an old truck that tried to take over Monster Truck Island and rule over its habitants but was sealed away by some ancient tribes. However, he brainwashed Bone Shaker to make him free him from his eternal prison, and now vows to take the island over the island and take down the Camp Crush Trucks.
Biography[]
Before Camp Crush existed, a bunch of ancient tribes competed for various territories on Monster Truck Island. Skelesaurus wanted to take over all of Monster Truck Island and rule it for all eternity. He utilized strange crystals known as "Tetra Crystals" and used their power to make him stronger. However, all of the ancient tribes formed an alliance, took the source of his power away, and then trapped him underground.

Fast-forward many years later, and after a massive earthquake strikes Monster Truck Island, Bone Shaker ends up being mind-controlled by Skelesaurus via a crystal floating in midair, while trying to get down from a tilting platform. Nobody knows why Bone Shaker acts like this initially. At the end of the episode, after Bone Shaker gets saved, it is revealed that it was Skelesaurus mind-controlling him while inside his underground prison.

Fast-forward to the next episode where it seems Bone Shaker has gotten away from Skelesaurus's control, but while he fell behind during a competition, Skelesaurus brainwashed Bone Shaker again so he could free him from his underground prison. He chose Bone Shaker because Bone Shaker was more "unique" and "had more potential" than all of his friends. Bone Shaker joined his side, believing that Skelesaurus would make him a winner, and Skelesaurus used him to get Crushzilla for him to open the "Tetra Vault" where he got a Tetra Crystal, and he used it to regain his old power he had before he was locked up. Bone Shaker also used the crystal to get powers, and Skelesaurus forced Bone Shaker to "send Crushzilla packing" because he believed that Crushzilla would betray them in the future, despite Bone Shaker being reluctant to. While Bone Shaker blasted Crushzilla away with his powers, he also kidnapped Race Ace, who was spying on him and held him hostage, believing that he was a "false champion".

After returning to his fortress, he used the Tetra Crystal's power to make his fortress stronger and turn stone statues of himself into sentient minions. However, the trucks got all the other crystals back and arrived at Skelesaurus's ancient fortress, where they engaged in a huge battle with Skelesaurus's stone statue minions after he ordered the clones to "smash them into pieces". The heroes eventually took out all of the stone statue clones, and Bone Shaker (after realizing what Skelesaurus was doing was wrong) saved Race Ace. Race Ace would go on to destroy Skelesaurus's Tetra Crystal, which resulted in his death. Skelesaurus lost his power again, and ran off, vowing that he would come back.

Skelesaurus is a monster truck with a body that is some sort of fossilized dinosaur. He has a big engine on his back. He has some sort of frame underneath his body that covers his roll cage for some reason. His logo is on either side of him, on his rear fenders. He has sharp yellow teeth, a black "nose", eyes, and a horn on his "forehead". His signature "S" is placed in between his eyes. He has a neon green paint job and a purple roll cage with a gray chassis and yellow rims.
Personality[]
Skelesaurus is known to be very manipulative, as manipulation is his main form of luring in his victims. Skelesaurus is shown to have very little to no redeeming qualities whatsoever, as when Bone Shaker joins him, he shows no care for him at all, as he makes Bone Shaker do all the work while he simply didn't do anything. He is also incredibly abusive on top of that, as he forced Bone Shaker to harm Crushzilla, despite Bone Shaker being reluctant to do so. He constantly tells Bone Shaker that Camp Crush's rules, as well as his friends keep him from reaching his full potential, but only says this just so Bone Shaker will stay on his side.
He is extremely ambitious and will do whatever it takes to reach his goals, even if he has to kill and/or torture people to achieve them. He also has no qualms with doing the same crime multiple times, as he not only used the Tetra Crystals multiple times, but also consistently abused or psychologically tortured Bone Shaker. The worst part is that he doesn’t even have a proper motive for his actions. He’s just a violent and malicious individual from start to finish.
