Sky is the main antagonist of the 2023 Dreamworks fanfilm Madagascar 4: Skipper's Story.
He is a mighty eagle who serves as the head of security for the organization called The Nightwing, as well as Skipper's archenemy and Charlotte's former employer and arch-nemesis. He also serves as an enforcer to the Board of Directors which leads the organization, intending to settle a deal with them to hand Skipper over as a political hostage.
History[]
Sky in the far past ordered his guards to kidnap the young little bird Charlotte from the Arctic, who happened to be Skipper's girlfriend. After Charlotte was brought to him, she was forced and educated into being the organization's chief female spy. She was one day ordered by Sky to find Skipper and bring him, which according to his plans, he was going to firstly teach Skipper how to be a spy in the Nightwing organization.
When Skipper arrived at the Nightwing base, Charlotte and her two lieutenants Jasmine and Joshua showed Skipper's way into Sky's office. Inside, Sky crash landed and presented himself as a well intentioned, friendly and no-nonsense leader to Skipper before he asked him to bring coke. Sky received coke from Skipper and told him about his mission to stop Crouker and his three henchmen, who plotted to sabotage a nuclear weapon in the city of Featheros so they can rule the world and become richer than everyone. During Skipper's mission, Charlotte revealed that she might be with Sky in relationship in the near future, but she later regretted that and felt that she had to tell Skipper the truth somewhen.
After Skipper and his new crew of spies have managed to seemingly stop The Crouker, Charlotte confessed that she was unwillingly involved in Sky's plot to hire The Croukster as a pawn with his henchmen backing him up, so Skipper would come into the right position before Sky would track him, find the location and hand him over to the Board of Directors. Charlotte told Skipper to run out of the facility room, but Skipper didn't trust her and so he refused to run away from Sky. Sky then ordered his guards to take Skipper, and sarcastically congratulated Charlotte for her success, warning her though not to develop feelings for Skipper due to him being half as good as them. Charlotte however refused to continue following Sky's dirty scheme, telling Sky that Skipper was better than her and that he made her into a liar, before once again declaring Skipper is her everything. Sky attacked her, and threatened that if she tests his feelings again, he shall kill her as his first prey.
Sky then visited Skipper in his dungeon cell inside Featheros. He remarks that he always liked Skipper, as they are both fighters in their blood. Skipper seems to still have some hopes that Charlotte might save him, but Sky sadistically remarks that she will not do so since she knows how vicious and powerful he is. Sky belittles Skipper and exits the dungeon cell. Inside the dungeon halls, he meets the members of The Board of Directors, but his plans are foiled as Charlotte, Skipper's penguins and the other protagonists including the redeemed Shirley Kentell come to fight Sky, the directors and their many guards as Charlotte rescues Skipper. However, in the sky, while Charlotte was holding Skipper and flying high, Sky comes and grabs Skipper from her, threatening to kill him. However, as the sky got cloudy, lightning struck the ruthless eagle and he fell onto the ground. Presumably heavily injured, Sky is imprisoned alongside The Croukster and his two irredeemable thugs.
Personality[]
Sky is at first presented as a kind, well intentioned, and still, a no-nonsense head of security for The Nightwing organization. He seems to have an affection for coke and drink a lot of it with pleasure. He also seems to like Skipper and be in good terms with him at first, although this is already spoiled somehow when Charlotte reveals she might be put into a relationship with him.
After he reveals his true colors, Sky is actually heavily ambitious, overtly evil, chaotic, ruthless and pretentious. He seems to still present himself with a false affable manor, especially towards his Board of Directors. He doesn't care if The Croukster manages to nuke the entire US for him with a massive bomb, and he seems to enjoy belittling Skipper and the rest. He was the very reason why Skipper had to suffer in the first place, and the direct influence on the story's plot.
