Squeaker is the secondary antagonist of the Riggy the Runkey franchise, serving as the main antagonist of the main series of shorts and will appear in some capacity in the upcoming prequel series Toon Turf.
He is a penguin and the primary enforcer of the Toonville Mafia, making him one of Riggy Runkey's primary enemies. His strength and brutality make him a force to be reckoned with.

Squeaker is a tiny penguin. He is shown to be occasionally buff in some shorts.
Personality[]
Based on what we've seen of him so far, Squeaker is shown to be a vengeful, manipulative, cynical individual who has an immense hatred for Riggy.
Biography[]
Squeaker's criminal history started when he joined the Toonville Mafia. He was known to be involved with steroids and was seen as the muscle for the gang. This led to Squeaker being blackmailed and eventually getting arrested by the police chief for a fight with Riggy. Squeaker was sentenced and his codes were locked away in prison letters. He was of great interest to Lucky.
In Riggy's SCAR Explained!, Riggy revealed that Squeaker has stolen his kidney, presumably after he had gotten out of prison.
