Stalker is a major antagonist in the Halo 3: ODST mod, Five Nights With the Flood.

He is a Flood Pure Form who was created after Human, Brute and Elite were the first of the quarted to be assimilated into the Flood by the Flood infectors who survived the Glassing of Voi. Now occupying the Tayari Plaza with the rest of the Flood quartet, Stalker participates in helping Human attempt to kill the protsgonist in the office.

Appearance[]

As a Flood pure form and a membermof the Flood quartet, he is known to be an undead quadrupedal pure fleshy organism as a Stalker Pure Form unlike Human, Brute and Elite who are all combat forms. In his form, he has an arachnoid-like body with a pair of claws for his hands, red pedels for eyes between his two mandables, large legs capable of running fast and a thorax at the end.

Personality[]

While he does not show himself as a leader despite being a pure form, he does show enough traits to be aggressive, hostile but also dinstinctive and intelligent. With his intelligence, he makes his wait to have the proper time when he prepares himself to run to reach the office. When that happens, Stalker will have his advantage to run but will have to continue calculate to attempt to succeed his next move.

Behavior[]

Throughout the first three nights, Stalker will not be active to participate in the hunt but will appear and be active on night four. Once he becomes active on night four, Stalker would remain in the corner that serves as his cove as the player has to keep a close watch on him to prevent him from making a run. While yet to be watched, Stalker will turn around targeting the office by looking carefully at the left stairway once it is clear. When the left stairway is all clear, Stalker will run in great speed from his legs to try to kill the player. Closing the door before he makes it to the left hallway will give Stalker the time to return to the cove to restart his next run.

Killing the player will result into a distant game over, restarting the mission as a night in the mod.

Trivia[]

His role is similar to that of Foxy as both are shown to be in the wait to make a right time before running to attempted to get into the office to kill the player.
He has a known pair of bugs in the mod.
- His first known bug that if the door fails to close him when he's too close, he will ultimately get in to kill the player despite the door already being closed.
- If the door closes him at the right time, there will be rare times when Stalker fails his attack on the player.
